From Xena: Warrior Princess Season 6 Episode 15, "To Helicon and Back": When Varia is kidnapped by Bellerophon, the son of Artemis, Gabrielle leads the now united Amazon Nation on a treacherous and bloody rescue mission. The plan takes a downward turn, however, when Xena's efforts to counteract the warrior's catapults are ineffective.

This show not only had amazing lead actresses in Lucy and Renee, but wonderful supporting actresses and stuntwomen! Great episode!
I'm friends with one of the guest actors from Xena. Craig Ancell aka Milo from Daughters of Pomira.
I always found the Amazon episodes to be the best: best directing, best fight scenes, best visual and special effects. Maybe all we need is a Xena and the Amazons movie!!

this episode is like a 3rd part: 1.End game season 4, when Brutus & Pompei, attacked Gabrielle's tribe. followed by 2. Path of vengence. and 3. this episode: To helicon and back.
