Alexei has said his focus is on comfort and safety. Cause if nobody is comfortable, your not feeling safe, it's a bad design. So why do a bad design that you'll end up fixing it at some point down the road ? His point is it's gotta be right the first time so he doesn't have to fix it later down the road.
For me the Bering 88 is the ultimate explorer yatch for a boat owner im just in love with this boat and thanks again Alexei for your transparence and honesty 🙏👍
The amount of equipment between the walls was eye opening. My guess is a lot of refits get put off due to the time down and the cost involved instead of a simple process that allows for quick turn around time. Great vlog.
I don't know about others. how ever, when I see all of these different phases of the boat construction, architecture, designs, and build. it make me appreciate the boat all that much more. while seeing them per say, in a different light. Thank You for the experience
Very cool! I love how the interiors can be removed and replaced if needed/desired... either because you want a change or design, or the designs go out of fashion and look dated. It really enhances the long term value of the boat I think.
i never get fed up watching anything Bering, as far as I know (but I don't know everything) there are not many yards out there that show you every detail of the construction process. With Bering, it is what you see is what you get, and I like that.
Alexei--instead of all the cables of wiring running everywhere, why not use one main insulated copper busbar with branches of wiring to final destinations ?
I am not Alexei 😆 but I guess one simple answer to your question would be regulations. These yachts are manufactured using the highest industry standards for safety and in particular, the Bering 88 is built to commercial shipping regulations as well. Therefore, your idea of using an insulated bus bar, though quite good, might not be up to safety and electrical standards
Also, buss bars are made to carry power, as an owner of a 78ft boat 95% of those cables are for information going and coming to different sensors and machinery aboard the boat @@rafenzotravels
There's no way you need that many holes in a wall to install panels. Looks more like someone had a good bottle of wine and a lot of fun with a drill. 🥳🤪🙆♂
It is quite rare to see a shipyard being this transparent with their construction processes. Thank god for Bering!

Engineering like this take years to achieve!

Alexi, I am a giant fan of both you and Bering. My wife and I are saving up for our own B88. Can't wait.

Always love watching Bering videos, can’t wait to see the B78 when it’s almost in completion stage.
Please stay tuned, new under construction content coming very soon!
These very informative and educational videos are so priceless. Many thanks! 🤗
Looks like Victoria and Rico's?? Beautiful boat. Hands down the best builder for explorers. I am not there yet. But I'm working on it.
Thank you for the kind words!
That’s impressive.

Patiently waiting for a Bering Catamaran 70 to touch the water. That thing got me hooked and I will probably end up buying one.
We would love to see you among the Bering family!
Rico and Victoria with Bering are my choices. Hands down, since I've been researching owning an explorer. Negative windscreens are a must.
One day I will have one of these!!!!
Very interesting. Thanks for sharing this with us 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you for watching!
Excellent video...

They should make houses like that. Great what to manufacturer a boat.

Any Aerogel insulation used? I heard that material is superior.

I like the looks of the 77 better. This one seems a bit too large for my taste. Actually the 65 fits the world better.
Покажите как и на чём металл раскраиваете, пожалуйста
Жаль что на русском языке нет видео... А так здорово, спасибо!
