@@SAB_Agri wasn't too sure, that was the length of the song, also wanted to get as much of the footage I got off the drone as possible, had 30mins to cut back from hahaha
@@DrewsFarminLife O I know Drew it’s hard to get a happy medium on Intro timing, see what everybody else say on lad. But it does look professional job.. 👌👌 Get the vids coming mate 🤙🤙👍👍
Fab stuff Drewmeister lad...! Loving your honest approach to the job at hand. .." if it ain't worth doing right then fekn nae do it at all eh"!! Maggie suits ya fella...!, braw !
Bloody brilliant, Drew! What a skill! Drone footage excellent! Said before, real farming! Inspiring stuff. Society needs to recognise the true value of farmers and farming and reward accordingly. Stay safe.
@@DrewsFarminLife Yeah, Drew-man! We enjoyed it all. Intro was super!! Really well done. Love, love, love those straight rows. You've done good, man! I was lookin' for the hills, but the fields were flat-bottom lands. Beautiful fields! It looks like you'll be havin' a nice day today, but more rain at the end of the week. Your temperatures look to be dropping into the teens. It's surprising me that anything would be planted with temperatures dropping...so good to see you. Nah, Maggie is your snooper-visor! Checking stuff out. Thank you again for your wonderful photography and sharing your day with us.
You would need to be good at your ploughing with all that poles and hills and corners and and😉😂 good job👍 that cab certainly more glass in them than my ald super q 8730. Stay safe 🏴
Nice tidy job Drew, keep up the good work, always nice to see people's get out and make adjustments and not just sit on thier arse. Always enjoy watching other people plough and see how they go about it. Just found your channel and subbed
yes and no, you can have it running slack when its set wrong too, either too shallow or too deep, better to keep adjusting getting out and looking at the ground you've just ploughed until its set correctly
Well done Drew I enjoyed the drone intro, that all on top of you having to prep the plough and replace the ram! The kneverland plough and tractor looks well matched for your usage. What were you sowing ? I was quite interested in the make of sower was it an Amazone? And it must have some sort of rotovator device to flatten the furrows prior to seeding good way of doing it I would say if the conditions are right because you can see exactly where you are . Was it your sister in your Dads cab liked the way she gave us all a wee wave.👍
Was putting winter barley in down there, drill is an amazone correct and she is a one pass, so when she gets put onto the ground there is a power harrow on the front to break down the ploughing and create a seed bed before the drill plants the barley in the ground
Cheers Drew the one pass is some machine, back in the day there would have been a lot more diesel and time with perhaps discs rollers harrows etc. All needing their weather slots. 😅
Good progress. Akward fields are more fun in my opinion, because you have to make a plan, and then you see if you are a mastermind or a idiot :p Keep em coming, hope we see 20k subscribers soon :)
Great ploughing, there is another TH-cam kv6080 he is a good hand at it as well. O yes you need it level. But I still think, if you wanna do good ploughing you need time. R I'm just no good at it😂😂
Not keen on music with the drone fottage, prefer the real sounds. Rest of it was very interesting, especially the commentary. One question though- why only 4 furrows with 210 HP under the bonnet ? More furrows would surely help you to stay ahead of the drill ?
Unfortunately there is no way to add real sound to drone footage as there is no mic and if one was added all you would hear is the noise of the drone itself, had a smaller tractor before, and when ploughing at home in spring time our hills are the problem, plenty horses but not enough grip if the ground conditions aren't perfect, hope this helps and thank you for the feedback!
Do You Like The Drone Intro??
Yeah looking cool job Drew 🤩🤛 but maybe a bit too long 🤔🤔

Nice work there Drew, am I right in thinking that if the plough is set correctly the top link will be slack? Great video, thanks.

An extra furrow would be some job behind the 220, fairly speed you up when your being chased by the drill
