A guy who plays multiple sports, it took me 15-16 years old to understand how important stretching is. Even 5 mins before and after is god send. Helps if you can self crack your joints.

Not really. Chiro doesn’t damage the person unless the chiropractor is bad. And this guy seems to know what he’s doing. I go to mine regularly because I have a lot of chronic issues which can’t be fixed without physical therapy but feel much better after chiro.
U can see the difference in her head and shoulder position and movement. Probably needs to incorporate something to strengthen her mid back. Inverted rows maybe 🤔
