Jackfruit seeds - 1/2 kg
Onion - 3 medium size
Green chili - 6 pcs
Garlic - 15-20 cloves
Cumin - 1 tbsp.
Black pepper - 8-10
Caraway Seeds - 1/2 tbsp.
Asaphoetida - 1 pinch
Turmeric - 1 tbsp.
Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp.
Garam masala- 1 tbsp.
Bay leaf - 2
Oil - 3-4 tbsp
