Pac-Man World 2: Pac-Dot Pond in 31.651

Wanted to do this IL again since I saw that there was definitely potential to get a 31 here. The pond area is easily the worst part to optimize, and maybe it could have been a bit faster but that's just my gut feeling really.
I feel a bit more proud of this run than my Ghost Bayou one, since it was on the dot for the ultimate goal time I wanted compared. Moving onto full game now hopefully or more ILs, I'm not sure what is next lol.
