Really, who has been playing with a dynamic range compressor on this recording? Horrible! The loud parts are as loud as the really silent passages. There are no dynamics in this part anymore, there is no difference between fortissimo or pianissimo anymore, everything that makes this piece of music so exciting is lost! The really terrifying part of the Dies Irae is lost this way. Really, whoever did this, next time you should NOT use dynamic range compression. It is horrible!
