This one was actually a request if I remember correctly. It's a very standard joke edit of Terry Bogard, with a lot of staples of gag MUGEN chars such as "NACHOS!" and "gonna kick some ass". He does have a bit-crushed "eat my shorts" from Bart vs. the Space Mutants, which I appreciate even though that game sucks complete eggs. Using his electrocution animation for a Blanka shock move is pretty cool, I'm surprised that I haven't seen that done yet. I also really love that while he's holding the SF2 car over his head he can ram it into the ground to do Midler's car special from HFTF.
Overrated Shadow Dio (Vic26)
This was requested alongside the SUPA fighter, and by the same author I'm pretty sure. This one admittedly has more of a theme, being primarily an item throw character that mostly uses Shadow Dio's upward clawing animation, which I can appreciate. That's the animation that Ronald McDonald uses as a base for his hamburger toss move. Also it's very funny that he has a better designed Mario Kart super than that old Mario 64 character.
Harry Deggard (Valgallah)
Now this guy's the real Legendary Terry Bogard. Nowhere near as crazy as the other characters but I thought you all might get a kick out of him. I know it's not what he is but he reminds me of a SF6 world tour avatar character that's a bargain brand Terry Bogard.
Terrance Bongo (Brergrsart)
I feel bad for the SUPA fighter 'cause he has to compete with this guy, who's probably the pinnacle of joke Terry edits. With a bunch of fun gags and interesting mechanics and move behaviors. And the weird thing is, despite having insane damage, range, and evasion, he's actually not too difficult to fight. A lot of his moves are minus on block, which is probably something only I care about but I appreciate the little bit of balance. There are so many good bits here that I wasn't able to show in the video, I'd totally recommend checking out this character. There's a super called Arm Wrestling With Crackheads, I implore you to try him out.
WannaKOF (Brergrsart)
AKA Kyo goes to the Bodega. This one's fascinating. I thought I wasn't gonna like this guy as much as Mr. Bongo, but after an hour or so of fighting him I realized that playing PVE against this character is basically an intensive course on playing defensively. He'll usually win neutral, which means you need to start blocking immediately, and then try to read which unsafe move he's about to do, and each one has a different answer. I'll never be able to react to the Singer Kyo grab though, but that's probably a me thing TBF. The 100% combo in round 2 might raise some eyebrows, but honestly spending all your meter to ensure a round is a long-running and valid MUGEN strategy. And thankfully there's no shortage of good gags. With a primary focus on this good-ass artwork of Kyo, I think it's from CvS2 but I'm not sure, and Bodega. One of the winposes is a reference to the Apple II John Madden game, I love it. I'd also recommend checking this guy out.

I was actually introduced to Vic Tokai's characters from his Retro 8-BIt Akuma, which if there's anything to take from it, is that the fact that its an Akuma character that centralizes on references to older games on the NES, and also a reference to his Neo Geo Pocket appearance. It's pretty neat how we now have two characters that clash the idea of retro games into a moveset.
