I think the cats from the blue house get along with the dog. My parents cat is the boss of all the neighborhood dogs. There was one big black shepherd who tried to chase him at first but since our cat never showed fear or ran, he lost interest. There's also a big rottweiler in the neighborhood who snuggles up with our cat all the time and loves cuddling him. He's like a big teddy bear. It could help that our cat grew up with two dogs so he was never scared. Anyway, I think the neighbour pets here are friends. Especially if the dog is cat sized anyway
