TQ SO MUCH SIR IT HELPS ME A LOT
column size is 350mm*2750mm. 34 bars of 20mm dia are vertical bars . cover is 75mm. Stirups bars are of 8mm dia. Master ring is easy to calculate but i m having problems with link bars. So plz tell me how to make bar rings.

MS Rajput bend deduction isliye nahi kiye bcoz as per IS Code 2052 Jub bhi hum binder ka center to center distance se calculate karte hai cutting length tb bend deduction follow nahi hota... Lekin agar outer to outer karte tb bend deduction follow karte 👍👍
Bend deductions for 45 deg is 1d, 90 deg is 2d, 135 deg is 3d, 180 deg is 4d. If you will go in more depth for 8mm 10mm 12mm is 1d for 90deg and 2d for 16mm 20mm 25mm 32mm 90deg bend.

In this u didn't considered the deduction for three 90° bends and two bends of hooks,

Bcz stirrup ka half Kia hai..agar sirf cover deduction Kia hota ta bend deduction hota...
Your right bro 90° alonge deducted 2D capital D ( 2*8 *3) = total length of stirrup - 48 mm length deducted

cutting length of the master ring stirrup should be 2944mm instead of 3040mm. increment of 96mm will decrease the column clear cover.
Bend deduction nahi kiya gaya hai i.e 96mm
