Funny that everyone is running away, being easy target. In the "real life", there would be 2, 3 striking hard as if there was no tomorrow. Like some Blastoise/Ninetales stunning, freezing, then stunning and freezing again and if you're lucky to run away, there's always a 3 lvl above jungler coming out of the blue and finish the job.

It's not just his HP that's the problem, it's his lack of a Burst Movement option. Shadow Sneak only increses movement speed by a little bit with a slow on an enemy (which is supposed to be the closest enemy, but I've had it target a completely different enemy), but if you get stunned or decide to attack, you're dead meat, especially since it has an Unreasonably long cooldown for a "Movement" option (12 seconds, really?). Not only that, but he can't win 1v1s at all most of the time, especially if it's against an All rounder or speedster.

I'd play decidgiu a lot more but then when you play more of a supportive class based on range you realize how bad the competitive bots actually are (Cries in antisocial hoopa)
When stealing objectives, you gotta remember, you dont need to charge up to that bar in the metter, you only need enough range to be able to do the last hit. Also, i really wish his cooldowns were lower, and that astonish/shadow sneak/leaf storm to be better, like, astonish doesnt do any damage and its slow effects isnt only short it also almost makes no change in the opponents speed, shadow sneak has ok damage, but its cooldown is too high (12), and leaf storm... Its leaf storm, nobody uses it, it would be cool if it actually was a aoe that pushes, and not... That ball he throws...

I used the following items alternately according to the moveset that I'll use: -Focus Band -Scope Lens -Razor Claw -Buddy Barrier -Score Shield -Muscle Band
Spirit Shackle and Shadow Sneak is the best, since Deci's frailness makes him have to attack from far away. -Buddy Barrier -Focus Band -Muscle Band (Which is the same as Venu's Petal Dance Giga Drain set) I don't recommend using Attack Weight on Deci, as Rowlet is too frail and too weak to try continously scoring in the early game without dying. Buddy Barrier is recommended on Deci because his Unite makes him unable to move, so if you use it in close proximity to an enemy you are sure to die.. Focus Band will help when the enemy ends up getting close to you, to make you survive a bit longer and potentially even kill the enemy. Muscle Band because not only does it increase speed of basic attacks, but it also raises Attack quite a bit, which is what Deci specializes in. (Tip for Deci: Do not get in close proximity with an opponent unless it's a sure kill. Deci's frailness will make you sure to die.)
Both are high damage and relatively frail. Although deci makes absol look like a tank. Deci, imo, has a higher skill ceiling since you have to be in the back and snipe. But absol wrecks in the early game without much effort. Falls off later though

So if you’re stuck on getting one of them just practice with both and get whichever one you enjoy playing the most. Sometimes it’s just about having fun and not being optimal
