We often hear of people around the world who protect, rescue and grow trees. And we wonder why they do this.
I co-created this video to share with you the reasons why The Trees are important to planet Earth. Using information found in Dianne Robbins latest book called Tree Talk published in 2008, this video only contains an edited excerpt of the complete information. The Trees are magnificent beings who not only provide us shelter and shade and home for our animal friends, they too are caretakers and stewards of this planet and much more.
Today I reached out to a tree, touched it, hugged it, loved it and talked to it. And the tree loved me back. It's about connecting from the heart center and the common language we have is LOVE. All life forms respond to LOVE. That's the way it is.
I dedicate this video to all the trees of this world, the tree huggers, the tree growers and the tree rescuers. May we stand with them as ONE.

PS/ 2 months after posting this video, I was communicating with a wise old tree in our local botanic garden. At the end of our conversation I asked the tree if it has any message for me, and it said, "The Trees thank you for sharing our story with the world." And my heart did a somersault and I was in tears. To receive thanks and acknowledgement from another species is my greatest reward. I hope you too can experience this and share your stories with others.

I am so touched by the point of view as looking out from the trees,like angels' eyes. Descending from heaven and stand still just for guarding the earth, no other reason why but for love! Tree, trees, forest...green is perpetual, is the color of love on earth. Trees are earth-home housekeepers, also cradles of civilizations. We men must learn compassion from trees, if we want to cherish ourselves! Do Look around what we are doing to earth just as burning the house to keep it warm!

i want to re-like this every time i watch it
This was so beautiful, I cried through the whole video it moved me so much.
I've done this since I was a child. I'm greeted every time I open my door. I ask them about the weather & unlike the weatherman, they're never wrong. This video said perfectly, what I've been trying to say. I'm at the edge of a million acre tribe of benevolent tree folk & if you have even one shrub in your yard, you are at the edge of it too. Then there are the bird folk & the deer tribe...etc. they're always so amazed when someone listens to them.

Ever since I saw this video years ago..I forgot the title. Its my favorite video! I cry everytime I watch it😢 I'm very connected with trees and it hurts so much when people see all of nature a think that they are not living things as we are! They communicate etc. they have a soul..or group souls as I've learned...but still just as we have...

I agree with much of what you share. However, our tree friends definitely do not wish for you to be sad. I have a suggestion. To assist humanity to open up to the truth of all sentient beings having a purpose, you can visualise that this is happening already. Take a minute each day to do a simple exercise of an affirmation and visualization. Say something like: "Humanity treat our natural world with love and respect." See in your mind's eye that people are nurturing and talking to plants, and trees and animals etc. And feel a quiet joy emanating from your heart.
Now what this does is you're projecting positivity and beauty into the world. These energies are precious and are very much needed. These energies have a ripple effect. And with time, and through free will, humanity will evolve to match these energies. This is something that you and many others can do as it adds to the positive flow of energies on this planet. Being sad will only add to the downward spiralling energies.

I love trees, i live very close to a huge fig tree here in california and i love to go and sit on it and daydream. i always have the feeling trees call me to them and they enjoy when i sit on them and talk and hug them. they have been my best friends sometimes in my life and i'm glad to have this fig tree so close to me now...beautiful pictures. We love trees
Thank you, thank you, thank you. This is an answer to a very long-standing question one of my daughters asked me when she was a child. Now I understand why I feel so overwhelmed when see a tree being chopped down or read about how warring people would burn down the forests. As females I think we have very deep connections with all trees. They feel like they have always been our companions and protectors. Now I know this to be true.
I never thought a (video about a) tree could touch me like this: something just opened in a very deep part of me. This will be the most sincere -THANK YOU!!!- I ever wrote.

It's amazing to look at trees this way. It's challenging to see them as living beings rather than just inanimate objects.
I love the Forest Gump suite along to the video. Very lovely. Warms my heart.
The more we get use to the fact that they are living sentient beings the easier it is for us to accept them. Not all sentient beings have eyes, nose, and mouth like human. All of nature is alive. They have cells. They grow, they expand and contract. Their DNA is active, just like human's.

i live in a house were i lived more than 40 years , i am a twin and in my garden the trees have came by the wind unbelievable but true they are always split trees in two they feed the birds from the neighbourhood and give me so much pleasure in this very small area there is so much life so much peace i love the birds and the trees! in my darkest hours they keep me strong
