STOP apologizing for the amazing skills, gifts and talents you have! Every time you promote the programs you've created I learn something new, thank you for that!
Finally, A guy who tells people what I shouted out for my whole life since I was a teenager. All the content here is just truly de-muggling. A great content to make people think, learn and grow up. Most people living their lives with insufficient input to establish a grown up mindset. People have severe lack of knowledge and philosophical depth yet they all act like we are all the same. They all think of themselves as if they know somethings. Actually the reality is far from that. None of us are at the same intellectual level or same intelligence. Most of the adult minds on this earth just operate like toddlers with only few tiny differences. Whereas it needs to be way more enhanced than that in regards of awareness, intellectuality, emotional resilliance and stability and so on. A capable mind and approach to life is key. Where one understands and approaches life as an observant and curious learner therefore after enough trial and error finally becoming a capable executing type. Not being caught up on unnecessary negativity or drama or creative blocks is not that hard. Just do what you heard here and you'll be good to go.
You are saying the box that you need to think outside of is your own creation? I do agree to a certain level, but what if some of them are drawn by the indoctrination we are getting through the public schools system, parents, friends, everyone we had contact with, through our lives. I also say the process of setting up those boundaries could happen unconsciously. Nevertheless if you realized you have boundaries and you should have basically none, with other words you have identified the problem, your statement is correct. Thank You,
I’m always aware of thinking outside the box since I mostly disagree or rather don’t follow the crowd, but when I heard you say…”You can’t think outside the box, when there isn’t a box” that really hit home. You are so correct, you can’t see what you’re in until you rise above it or get a higher perspective. Thank you! Love your content. I needed to hear this today. 😊❤
I was hunting for new ideas about the alchemic transformation of women during menopause and discovered very little information since the medical field has traditionally focused on men's health. I discovered the book, "Hagitude, Reimagining the Second Half of Life" by Sharon Blackie. She celebrates the change of life through the wise women of myth and fairytale archetypes. I wrote and produced 7 songs so far depicting some of the characters and the wisdom we can take away from them. I call my production "Alchemic Ella." The opening scene is a dance with death. The song title, "Dance of the Shadows." I created it using a Jupiter X synthesizer highly inspired by 80s synth pop. Our culture deserves to hear the voices of older women who hold the wisdom of a life lived through their experiences. I hope to inspire other creative women to share their stories as well in any way they choose. You make me laugh Dan. Thank you.
I love what you’re doing, keep going! There seems to be a shift now of more women understanding their health and the menstrual cycle. I’ve really only seen Maiden/Mother content on the cycle and not really much from menopause (probably because of my age), there’s a major need for creative voices from women.
I just started posting myself talking about self improvement topics which are barely talked about And I was also struggling with differentiating myself with other self help gurus Just what I needed
I left the super strict religion I was raised in (the Two by Two's) at 25 and I realized I didn't know hardly anything, and neither does anyone else. And what we think we know is a system built by other people. I love having my mind opened up by others ideas, and I love questioning why I believe things. My life motto is to follow the love and not the fear. And I LOVE learning. Thanks for an awesome video!
Hi Dan! I’ve been watching your videos since last summer and it’s honestly been life changing. I always had a dream of being free and creating a brand of my own. I love neuroscience, self sovereignty and understanding human behaviors. Your videos help me articulate my thought and organize them better. My brand is spasticfantastic, I know it sounds strange but it was my nickname as a child. Lol. I’m planning on releasing my first video next week. Anything thank you so much!
Great value as always...been bingewatching your content for a couple of months now Dan and it is literally helping me to change my life and get a handle on problems I've been struggling with for a while now re all my myriad of interests and the problems this created with my present rebranding exercise. "You are the Niche/Brand" has been so freeing for me. I appreciate you immensely...and Kortex..please keep promoting Kortex...it's going to be mindblowing, I am so stoked to be in from the beginning, it's a writer and researcher's heaven! I'm loving it and can't wait to see it unfold into the absolute gem it's going to become! The Community is awesome as well.
I never liked writing in school mainly because it was always graded and I didn't like associating the creative writing prompts with a letter grade.. like isn't it suppose to be creative? Why did I get a C 😅 I love reading and writing now but dang I wish I enjoyed it more for the years I was In school. Thank God I didn't stay conditioned to the school mindset
By far, the best podcast on YT. As a former Olympian and executive at Cirque du Soleil, I am about to (finally) finish my 1st ebook based on my international experience working with exceptional individuals. I am passionate about one thing: How to create the best context for talent to rise and shine. I am not a communicator and more of a storyteller, less of a detailed/operation person but rather an idea, people-oriented individual, and building tribes. 2025 is the year. In 2025, it's my main purpose and goal and explore AI as much as possible. Thank you for sharing such valuable content. Bonus: I can do it in 3 languages: French, English and Spanish.
Thank you, Dan. I seek clarity daily. Practicing mindfulness helps me begin my day with clarity. But I also seek lifelong clarity through God consciousness. Writing teaches me to organize my thoughts. Enabling me to share them more clearly.
I love it! And independent thinker becomes as such due to their own experiences and perception of them! That is brilliant! That is genius! Thank you, Dan!❤
As a young creator, I can say: Dan Koe is my hero, in 2025 when everything is messed up and our insides are running fast in our minds, you are the person who teaches me how to build my ideas, my damn ideas that can change the world. Change my own society... and remember that with this level of knowledge you are the person who teaches us how to be ourselves and how to build our own lives, thank God for this genius work and one day I will rise up and when everyone watches me with these pure ideas I will say Dan Koe was my greatest teacher... not that school teacher ❤
You literally described me. I have huge ideas and bookshelves full of notebooks I've filled but... No structure. I was salutatorian of my class with pretty much zero effort and nothing really to show for it in conventional terms.
I've been thinking a lot recently about how I went through school. I did very well in high school, but I remember the feeling of everything going in my head but then immediately disappearing. I could recall patterns and do well on tests, but when it came time to use that info when talking to someone else I had no clue what I was saying lol.
I have the same problem, my head is filled with loads of self-improvement advices, to the point that I found myself preaching them to whoever wants to listen, yet I realised that everything is pointless if there's no tangible impact in my life. Although this should have be obvious, it hit me when I read Marie Kondo's book on tidying up, where she was speaking about people that had their houses full with materials from seminars and courses that they have been attended in the past, but which were never followed through. That had me change my approach, so now I try to avoid mindless content consumption, be more intentional with my information intake, and think of ways to act on that knowledge that would solve the most pressing challenges that I face. I read a quote recently, I think it's James Clear who said "Life rewards action, not intelligence".
Thank you! I agree and that’s what happened to me that for getting an idea or trying to achieve a goal, I don’t go to the solution from point a to b. It has to be started with many points then find the right connection. The answer need to be hunt!
Love this content. I've concluded that lazy/undisciplined people lack most (maybe all) of the skills that Dan Koe mentions. In my 52 years of life, I've noticed that lazy people eventually end up miserable.
I do believe that working on to have articulate thoughts & having critical thinking & to be connected to oneself perspective is part of self care. We do need to express our thoughts & to bring the perspective out of a person's soul. To be here & now is to think independently from society influences, its to be seperated from the robotic mentality that society is trying to enforce. But Dan, not in every country u can survive without a support of parents in the CURRENT toxic times.
Regarding your book, The Art of Focus", ive read and put into practice a gazillion spiritual, self help and philosophy books and found it to be a truly actionable and deeply inspiring read. The frame on entropy is 🔥

Regarding the "become a skeptic" portion of the video. I can't identify a particular moment where I did what yoh described. I don't feel like I ever had an "AHA" moment. Rather, for me, it feels like my entire life has been skeptical and, even since I was young, have spent my life trying to understand this idea of life society has constructed. I don't think it ever made sense to me outside of the concept of "it's what you're supposed to do." But I never really grasped the why of it all. To this day it all feels mostly pointless. I don't really know what to do with this information, I don't have a good alternative or solution. I just never had this grand awakening, it's more like all of the "normal" people had this secret understanding that I could never get my head around. Now that I'm an adult I think their understanding was not really understanding at all, it was more just hope that things would work.

So I don't miss any podcasts, does it make sense to use Numbers with an acronym or abbreviation to designate the area of the message sample Math001, Writing001, philosophy001, or whatever could be appropriate? Dang Dan, must be the 5th title already... Do you always have them ready on the trigger if you feel like the algo's not cooperating? 😁 Or is there another reason... curious!
It's amusing to think about how anyone complaining about your book being repetitive or regurgitating old ideas can only say that if they spend a lot of time consuming these sort of "self help" ideas and not very much time actually executing and doing the thing.
On one of koe's recent posts i comment "how do you people come up with these ideas" i think he read my comment and made this video especially for me 😅😂
Thank you for that inspiration. I'm just thinking about my best friend's son, who studies tirelessly and is about to graduate from high school. His mother is terrified that he won't make it, and then what? Think outside the box. How do I explain this to an 18-year-old conformist young man and his mother? He has no space to develop his own ideas.
There's a book called The Gilded Nexus of Prosperity, and it talks about how using some secret techniques you can attract a lot of money, it's not some bullshit law of attraction, it's the real deal
This is great, but it's sort of tragic-comic how people act as if writing and critical thinking and structuring your thoughts are *never* taught in school. Hell, they even urge you to play and explore from the earliest stages. At what point do we stop blaming the world for our inability or unwillingness to read or listen or pay attention? Good to see people come round eventually, albeit much later in life...😅
at the beginning though "I'll stop listening to this doctrines of devils" and then thought to myself "what about Dan?" you see before I used to think that possessed (or fooled) people by the devil are my enemy without realizing Ephesians 6 : 12. So here I am. Dan I'm here not to attack but to propose some considerations; "openness" toward "new paradigms" are tools of the devil to disguise the Truth. What's the Truth? and the Way? and the Life? Jesus Christ, God Almighty. He never changes, you see, God could do (obviously) anything He wants but chose to Love us from the beginning. No dialects change that (Aristoteles tried it before, he says the air conditioning doesn't work very well down there). So, in conclusion, studying/innovating/focusing is nice, giving up God, never!
Question on timeline 19:30-34, but most people usually advice content creators to search GOOGLE algorithm to replicate popular topics that people search. What is your take on this?
I hate those “Book Summaries”. Used to read lots of those. Do actually like the way authors help digest the simple truths along 300 pages. Wish I had more time to read
"...a goal doesn't exist without a problem." 🤔 Mh... That could mean that for some folks life is a problem 😂😉 Because philosophy and psychology both are somewhat confinced that we humans need a goal, a vision, a story, a purpose.... whatever you wanna call it, to makes sence of our existence in the first place 🤣 Wired 🤔😄 Very interesting. Have to think on that 🧠
Dan, I am beyond grateful for your existence. This is pure gold!

It's amusing to think about how anyone complaining about your book being repetitive or regurgitating old ideas can only say that if they spend a lot of time consuming these sort of "self help" ideas and not very much time actually executing and doing the thing.
Woooow exactly my problem !!!
10 points for the ending ... you made me laugh
Yes, exactly what I need for my 4th C today.
Thank you a lot
On one of koe's recent posts i comment "how do you people come up with these ideas" i think he read my comment and made this video especially for me 😅😂
Dan could you make philosophical perspective on 9-5 job
Thank you for that inspiration. I'm just thinking about my best friend's son, who studies tirelessly and is about to graduate from high school. His mother is terrified that he won't make it, and then what? Think outside the box. How do I explain this to an 18-year-old conformist young man and his mother? He has no space to develop his own ideas.
Thank you
Hi dan, what book do you recommend for the topic of understanding human behaviour?:
There's a book called The Gilded Nexus of Prosperity, and it talks about how using some secret techniques you can attract a lot of money, it's not some bullshit law of attraction, it's the real deal
I used some techniques from that book to make money, and I can truly say I'm earning more now
I'll buy you dinner for this recommendation
Saw this exact comment thread in another video 🤖
That's the last book I'll ever read. You're on TH-cam trying to sell it via comments sections. Can't be that good of a book😂
Bot comment promoting shitty book! 🤖
There’s a margin you must sit in that’s between normal and abnormal.
Good to see people come round eventually, albeit much later in life...😅
I‘m not comfortable with J Peterson and A Watts being mentioned in the same sentence, but otherwise an insightful video.
The first thing creative agencies do is create a "box"
at the beginning though "I'll stop listening to this doctrines of devils" and then thought to myself "what about Dan?" you see before I used to think that possessed (or fooled) people by the devil are my enemy without realizing Ephesians 6 : 12.
How do I get the most value from these videos should I be writing notes ?
🔥🔥
Wait, the average American net worth is over $1 million?! 🤯 I need to find these people because my bank account must be missing something!
Have to think on that 🧠
Dan, are you vegan? I feel like I’ve heard you say the word a few times in different videos, but I don’t know if you are. Just wondering!
Do you ever listen to Milton Friedman or Ayn Rand?
