    Love this set up
    The Vittatus is like a dream fish for me so I’m
    Well interested in this set up. . Hoping to do something similar myself.
    Plus as a keeper of a big pair of Atabapo red pikes the Zebrina is a holy grail fish for me. I’m ordering some in spring all being well. They’re much more placid than the reds
    Lovely set up. Subscribed to the channel to see the tigers progress

    Why did you record video in daylight? It was enough to cover the windows. The aquarium and fish stock looks great but has lost a lot due to the reflections in the glass.

    I told the Ohio fish rescue with Josh they do better in groups the tiger fish do they don't do good when you only have one my tiger fish got to be pretty massive one of my favorite most aggressive fish but one fish I never see anybody have is the golden dorado amazing river monster they got massive Jaws like a pitbull and a bite force of a pitbull and the teeth are not that big you should look into one

    • @philcavallini9657
      @philcavallini9657 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      They def do better by themselves then in a school especially as they grow. Eventually they will start to take one another out til one is left.

    • @aquariummonstershertsuk
      @aquariummonstershertsuk 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree, small tiger fish do best in a group. If you look at wild fish they are schooling too. In captivity however some people have success with keeping them singly. I’ll be keeping the group together as long as possible and hopefully it works out longtime 🤞🏼

      If you had listened to the audio you would have heard they have only been in the tank 2-3 weeks prior to being filmed. Plus when you factor in that there were 2 of us buzzing around the front of the tank with a big camera practically touching the glass, you might realise 😅😅
