So true last year I was spending ability two hours a day worshiping him reading his word and I had problems but was able to endure , this year focus on my problems they started feeling bigger and bigger went into depression and to be honest I want to go back we’re my focus was god and him alone.

I've recently retired. Here in the UK when you retire you receive a Bus Pass which you can use on all public transport. I never stop thanking God for that Bus Pass every time I use it. I try to use it each day and pray that He can use that Bus Pass for His glory - somehow. I pray that I will continue to Praise God for that Bus Pass even when its cold and wet and the bus fails to show up!!!

@9:00 - or there abouts = brother you get me on every sermon. I'm looking around and everything is vanity. Everything we have and do is in and of ourselves and not of a true reliance on God. It makes more since to me what the new heaven and new earth may be like, if there are no canned goods or bottled water, no highways or mini-malls, no fences. Just a population of people walking around praising God. Exploring creation, free and ....we can't imagine

I used to sing and praise God but something terrible has happened this year and I think it's because of all the disappointment but I never ever thought I'd lose faith in God altogether. I'm really trying to believe in God again but I just can't seem to even believe anything anymore. This is a terrible place to be in because God was my only hope and now that's been taken away as well

What is the difference of praise and thanking the Lord?
Praise is about speaking the greatness of God, declaring is might, power, beauty, splendour, magnificent. Thanksgiving is thanking God for what he has done, what he will do and who he is.😊
As sad as it is, it shouldn't take an event like 9/11 to get people into church. They should go wanting to know Jesus more earnestly and intimately .
