We all knew you would be and we wanted to blast the critics for jabbing you. You showed them though. So sad and touched when I looked at the audiences being old now and remained as fans to Barry. Many have gray hairs now and wrinkled, men lost their hair. They were looking and listening while Barry was singing and I thought they were thinking of their past when they were young in the 70s.
Was this in 2010? Anybody? Barry would've been 67 then. He looks 45 here, really terrific. A master pianist, singer, arranger -- music comes out of his pores, a natural gift.
He is a living legend. A masterful, diversely talented musician, an even more masterful performer who never lets an audience down. His voice was at one of his many peaks in this clip.
Wow! I have to admit, when I was a teenager, rock and roll seemed so much cooler, back when these songs were making it big. I liked them, but took most of them for granted, if you know what I mean. This summer I started listening to golden oldies, and Barry’s songs were on there. To make a long story shorter, these songs have longevity, unlike so much of the rock back then. And wow! Barry has a fabulous voice, right on key, so melodic, enchanting, pure perfection to my ears. I may have overlooked you to some extent years ago, but not anymore. All I can say is what a voice, what emotion, what a world class artist!!! Here’s to you Barry Manilow!!!

I think this must be at least 20 years old and yes....before he started going to town on his face. Now, he can hardly open his mouth or smile. I just don't understand why people do that to themselves. :(
