i've been struggling to sleep the last few nights while my mum is at work (icu nurse) and my paranoia has been getting worse, so ASMR has been really grounding for me i'm so far only in the sponsor ad, but already my breathing feels a little easier and i can't wait
I've always found it easier to sleep to asmr with background noises like rain or soft music (that's why I love the first few celebrity assistant videos) but the balance between the drum, the narration, the nature sound effects and ambience is absolutely perfect

It’s really good for inducing the almost trance like state that we’re going for. It’s a good thing this hypnotist has benevolent goals. She could probably plant whatever she wants into our minds if she wanted to. Perhaps a fun idea for a future spooky month.
