Weavile, if he did the calcs, would know that Wave Crash isn't guaranteed to kill, which forces him into clicking Ice Punch. You can then either Matcha Gotcha for the kill, or Strength Sap to heal back to full.
100% correct, I had no reason not to tera. In mocks Ice Punch wasnt really coming so I expected Wave Crash there but I should've known he didnt have it since he didnt click it before ever.
7:32 I think going Keldeo on this turn might've been good to basically force a K.O, I feel like staying in with Uxie just to get 1 T-bolt off just doesn't give you as much. That being said, I definitely don't think you played this game poorly by any means. Still plenty of time to bounce back! 😊

That was a good game, only thing I would say is once palafin was in on sinistcha (of course you dont wanna switch when you have so many boosts) i would’ve saved sinistcha especially bc if palafin ever came back and locks into jet punch, it was a free strength sap back to full.
Close game! I think the only thing I spotted was you should’ve brought in Keldeo to Surf after Palafin picked off Sinistcha with Ice Punch. That positioning wouldnt have given him free rocks, and likely gave you a free kill on Palossand/Corv
After watching back the game and thinking about it, there were many plays I did wrong. I think I had that game wrapped up in various different situations but misplayed. To be honest, once Uxie and Sinistcha went down, I felt very lost and couldnt see my winning the game so I grossly misplayed those later turns as well
GGz. great match. Personally I think not having a real plan for Iron Treads was your biggest mistake. Even in the you said "Im not expecting much from it this week" and my 1st thought was "Then why bring it?".
When you calced that only Ice Punch or Wave Crash could have killed the Sinistcha, I think you should have tera'd and strength sapped- either way, if he clicked the right button or got the right role on crash you were dead, but at least that would have resulted in you winning the game from that point on.
I should've Calm Minded more the Florges since there was absolutely nothing it could to do me. At +4 I OHKO the Moth and then Palafin cant kill me. I should've also tera'd in front of Palafin. I misplayed this game in more then 1 way
@jricky8 in hindsight it is a big 50/50 on the tera on palafin and its hard to cm against the moth, florg fs coulda Been used as set up fodder tho I feel so it's good that u identified that

It was sort of the 6th mon. Nothing looked particularly great in this match up but Treads could set up rocks if needed
