The paper work at the hospital wasn't done correctly and needed a lawyer to get them to fix the paperwork on their side.
Yeah, my dad developed non-Hodgkins lymphoma caused by Agent Orange in Vietnam. It finally took him in '96 when I was 16. Dealing with the VA before he died was horrible. However, my mother has had free VA care since, and I did get some benefits because the government recognized me as a war orphan.
I love this show. I actually got a refund for my Mug Club subscription (because it's trash). I listen to this in the morning now instead of LWC. Keep up the good work guys!! I just wish the show was longer, thanks
I was SF in the AF back in the M60 days, and the M249 was ALWAYS my favorite to train on. I just carried the M16 and 9mm as my daily duty weapon. So much fun! Glad you got a chance to let loose! Love your guests- great stories! Also, my husband was a flight engineer on C-130’s and he loved that job. Both retired now.

When you signed your life away to the government, they made a promise too and one of those promises was they were going to compensate you for any damage you incur in the line of duty. They got their 6 or 10 or 20 years out of you. You fulfilled your contract, make the government fulfil theirs.

The Beretta 92 is an excellent pistol... but it takes more trigger training than a 1911 or a glock, because the DA/SA action takes a lot of getting used to, and the Single Action trigger setting is strange compared to a 1911 or jericho... lots of sloppy take up. But if youre used to it, it's perfectly fine. I shoot my 96 every bit as well as my 1911 and my glock. Also some people just hate that grip. Fits me like a glove though.
