The original Greek word was "Theopneustos," Theo meaning "God," and Pneustos meaning "Wind, Breath, and Spirit." So this could not only mean God-breathed, but also God-winded or God-spirited. With that in mind, it could not only mean that God put words into the minds of the authors of the Bible, but that he gave life to the writings just as he breathed life into Adam. So I would label the Bible not as the Word of God, but as the Living Book of God.
