Most soccer players eat meat. Look at the Argentinians, they eat a lot of meat and are great at soccer. And the Brazilians eat a lot of meat, as do the Spanish and the Germans. All the top soccer nations.
Holden probably doesn’t remember me but I had the opportunity to play futsal with him for 3 seasons, I’m usually the goalkeeper and i just stood in awe watching his crazy skills and playmaking ability, he also has a great strike. He’s a great player. It would be cool if we both made it pro
@@flamingofn8153 me? meat boosts testosterone, muscle growth, fast twitch muscle fibers, and if you dont eat it you dont get the proper protein and will be weak and thin. most vegetables are just bad for you and artificial or not good for your stomach like lettuce and do you not see how skinny and sickly he is? He should honestly go carnivore. i mean thats what humans are supposed to do anyways and if you're in kytosis or whatever you dont get sore its so weird my dad was in it because he was carnivore and he didnt feel sore at all and lost tons of weight and gained a crazy amount of muscle and then he ate a salad and got sore again because his body left that state.
