I'd say you keep your best, elite players for as long as possible. Really adds to the realism of having team leaders and having veterans, which is also good for those who have been at the club for a long time.

this is what I sadly hate about FM, especially when you play with a Prem club. Its just too easy, way too easy. Taking a poor Prem team to the best in the world in 8 seasons is just not right Imo. This is nothing against you for doing this btw, fair play.
Usually it at least takes a few seasons to take a poor side to the top - the fact it has happened almost instantly in this is a huge indictment of the quality of the AI and/or the fact one style of play just totally dominates. I've actually stopped watching because it is, frankly, boring watching when there are no ups and downs and the 'challenge' is winning every single match! I mean, fair play, done well to do it all... but eh, can we have something that isn't "Well, I won every single match again..." for 16 videos.
Yeah the reason why SS doesn't do much cos he has no partnership. that role only works with a deep lying forward or any other support role, it's a pointless and nonsensical couple of roles you've got there with AF and SS, it's only working cod they are immense players

Also you've probably made a loss on the South Americans even with the transfer profit...You do realize you have to pay their wages and I bet you havn't got an accountant to work out exactly how much they are making/costing you....There's a reason thw scouts say you shouldn't sign people without a chance of getting a work permit.....absolutely terrible management buyin all those bums with no WP IMO

I'd say retrain Kemp or one of the other good English wingers to be on the left, and cash in on Dilrosun at some point.
