I think you should become the Bayern Munich of the premier league. where you start buying stars and youngsters from your rivals, It will make your team stronger and harm 'em. and most importantly it's FUN to do so.
Train Richard Robinson to play as a ball playing defender with focus on passing and he will develop into world class ball playing defender... You can shape the development of young players to play your tactic fairly easy.

@@GoldenFM I would suggest do the same with lewis sheppard train him as an advanced playmaker and focus on training passing and vision.
That is what I'm doing 🙂 His vision has gone up by 3 and passing by 2 since he appeared in my academy!
