I somewhat agree, but she claimed every man she killed attacked her, and there's no real evidence that's true. The more likely truth is that she killed the first one due to self defense and she figured out if she continued doing that she wouldn't have to have sex with them and she could take all their money. I believe that's how the movie was portrayed it too, and I think they were correct.
I agree. Where was society when she was being raped as a child. I see why she hated men so much. These were societies top notch. Most maybe all were married and seeking services of a prostitute when they crossed Aileens path
Yes, I agree! She had a horrific childhood with so much violence and sexual abuse. I am absolutely not condoning her actions; however, I think if she had been born into a different life with healthy and positive male role models, I believe she would be alive and happy today.
I’m from Oregon, grew up a couple hours drive north of Springfield Oregon.. I was born in 1978 so was really young at the time of the Diane Downs’s case..I’ll never forget it and watching the testimony of her surviving daughter… the horror absolutely stunned everyone, that a mother could be so evil. She is eligible for parole in 2025. Good god I hope she never gets outs of prison…
Were you in the courtroom? The trial, let alone the daughters testimony was not televised. She’s been up for parole a few times, they’ll never let her out. Some of those hearings are on here.
@@NC4E no, I wasn’t in the courtroom. Locally, the trial was closely watched and highly covered. It was known that Christie’s testimony is what sealed Diane’s fate. Soon thereafter, a movie was made called Small Sacrifices, in which the testimony was recreated.
There was a case that the woman’s Doctor warned the couple, another child would cause a psychotic episode… Her husband demanded another child because he was having an affair… She drowned all 5 in the bath… Her husband married new woman like he didn’t murder his children, so sad… Children need protection, safety and love
Andrea Yates was Mother who killed her children. She truly didn’t kill her children, she loved them. Her mistake was listening to husband, but her Doctor did speak up notifying Judge about her abusive husband and Mental Health
“The safest place for a dangerous individual like Joanne Denahey is behind bars”. I disagree. The safest place is 6 feet underground. No more manipulation, no danger to herself or others…a 100% secure location.
I kinda disagree as she was going to kill rose west until the prison swiftly moved rose to another prison. Joanna Dennehy would've done us all a favour ending rose wests life as torturous as possible considering what rose did
its a tough one, because im pretty sure she wouldnt have killed rose west. If anything sick people tend to form relationships with each other, Some even want to marry
@@mebutnotme.Khan78 well she didn't kill Rose neither one of them are good people and they should both be given a historical sentence. Stoning to death and even that is too good for either one. But at least they would be roasting in a nice fire in the pits of the underworld!
The prosecutor who adopted the other two kiddos.. just amazing. Those kids deserved happiness after what they went through & it seems they finally got it. God bless those babies.
The prosecutor that adopted Diane Downs' remaining kids is an angel. I hope that man is blessed for life because he deserves it. Both of the kids deserve a home where they are loved and protected.
If we are to live in a society governed by laws and a constitution, the death penalty is the means whereby we unburden the taxpayers and eliminate evil. She tried to murder her own children. How selfish and evil is that?
If someone confided in me that they didn’t want their children anymore, or had ideation of harming their children, I would completely take them and raise them. NP
@kimberly: I’ve been married 3 times and whenever I left I took not only every child, but also every pet, dog or cat. No one and nothing was ever left behind.
Ann Rule wrote a book about Diane Downs called "Small Sacrifices," She also has written about other crimes including "The stranger becide me about Ted Bundy." She has written 30 books about these kind of crimes.
I used to have a library of Ann Rule's books. Every time another one was published I would buy it, and I would buy all the ones that I missed from the past. Great author! Every book was an interesting read. She was one of my favorites.
That little boy Paul who almost died three separate times because of that nurse is unreal! I was on the edge of my seat the entire time hoping he would survive the attacks and that someone would finally notice! Can’t believe the evil it takes to kill children and babies who are brought to the hospital for help and care. My son was born sick and spent the first three weeks of his life in the NICU, I’m so grateful for the security measures they took and the nurses and doctor we had, incredible people. You’re already in such a vulnerable state being a parent in that situation. My heart aches for the families that lost kids.
Here's what really baffles me. To kill your own child is unimaginable. But to kill them in a way that causes them to suffer is just beyond insane. Andrea Yates should still be in jail. She drowned her kids as they fought for their lives. Diane shot hers. Susan Smith drowned hers.
Dianne downs always blows my mind, for a mother to murder her own children in cold blood like that is just unfathomable to me. Those poor kids betrayed by the one person who should have always had their best interests in mind. Can’t imagine how traumatizing that was for them.
And the oldest daughter testified n when the man asked her do u love your mother? She looked over with tears saying yes she still loves her. For them kids to b so kind and sweet they HAD AN EVIL AZZ MOM.
And for a man who already was married, didn't want her, and had already chosen his wife. It wasn't for someone she had a whirlwind love affair with who told her just get rid of the kids and we will be happy. She did it on a 20% chance or less to be with him. Just sick

In spring of 1990 my husband picked up a hitch-hiker and took her from Sanford to Taveres Fla. He dropped her off but never had any talk of anything funny, if you get my drift. It wasn't until she was arrested and shown on tv he realized it was Wournos. He has never picked up a hiker again, and never will.

@@katebwatt2338 Some. Stephanie Lazarus an LAPD officer brutally murdered her ex boyfriends wife & actually got away with it for almost 30 years! While she rose in the ranks of the LAPD….
Well, that's because statistically, they're correct. Women don't typically kill just to kill. You start with the most obvious suspect and work your way out. The stark contrast between the number of male serial killers compared to females makes it obvious who should be suspect first.
@@lazydaisy2292 Yea today. Years ago it wasn’t like that. Not even the husband was always suspected first. That said there is and was always a stark contrast in the way women killed from why to whom! Few women throughout history have killed the way men do like Aileen Wournos or Joanne Denahey. Yet the most prolific serial killer of all time based of body count alone could very well be a woman, Elizabeth Bathory!
@coffeecrimegal5968 I'm not sure what you mean by "years ago it wasn't like that." The profile of a killer hasn't changed with time. Women don't typically kill just to kill, but there's always an exception to the rule. My only point was that women are not typically this kind of killer or at least not near the same level as men, which was what your original comment suggested. I'm not sure what you're disagreeing with.
Dorothea Puente... I know her grandson. And I was a young musician for a while in town and had band practice two houses down from hers while she was doing her thing. When the news came out about this, it was such an eerie feeling. I saw her once in the front yard while leaving practice one night, but that was it. Obviously we didn't know at the time. It's a beautiful house. She was in her late 50s then, but looked 80. Hard, frightening woman.
In the case of Aileen Wuornos, what’s painfully obvious is the sense of urgency the police had and the fervor behind their investigation because the victims were men. Granted, Aileen wasn’t the most careful killer, but she was caught pretty darn quickly, whereas, oftentimes dozens of women are murdered over a period of decades before the killer is caught.
Agreed. Have you head them say witha shrug" well they chose dangrous lives" ? Bc so did those gmguys . Its no diffenert. They cant know if those women have guns and they tale them into their spaglce and off to shidibg spots too . The last one wa sa retored cop so they amde he rworse than bundy
There are very few female serial killers. There are famous examples of male serial killers who got away for a long time because almost all serial killers are male.
yeah these cops saying she a monster so what do u call her parents grandparents the teen kids who bullied her and rapped her what u call them i feel for those but she the only serial killer i feel bad is the worst ever she lived the worst
@@iveliserojas612 Huh? I didn't hear anything about rape. She willingly had sex with her brother, she was already well known for being promiscuous. And her grandfather punished her for being incestuous after the fact. I could understand why she was cast out as well. Surely, the grandmother would've known about this as well, and probably grieved about how her children/grandchildren had turned out by drinking herself to death. The grandpa just ended up blaming her since she had already shamed the family and disowned her without the grandmother to protect her anymore. You must be one of those people that just ignores facts and just makes your own story.
@@andreasm9102 I sometimes put hearts after a comment that comes from my heart. I think she is just expressing how wonderful it was for the prosecutor to adopt those poor kids of that monster Diane Downs.
I can see clearly why Aileen was pushed into that terrible dark mind space.... When she went to police and said she was raped I wish they had literally took it serious ?
I'm sorry nothing makes you become a killer except yourself. I have I have to admit I came close I wanted to protect my brother but he caught me planning out loud in the garage how I could kill my parents to save him and he came to me and he said no that's not you. What would I do you would go to prison they would never let you out because they would think you were crazy kid I was sixteen at the time female and he said they may not think that women kill so they would think you were insane you would never get out. It woke me up to realize that no matter what I tried to do to protect him against the violently abusive mother we had they had beaten me since I was about the age of 7 there was nothing I could do to protect him once she started in on him. Sadly he died of his injuries as an adult we all received brain damage from what she did. The men who raped me in a gangrape thing I knew who they were I could have got after them. My roommate Tiffany to a party I thought I was being her designated driver she left me. I figured it out later that she had sold me for drugs I didn't know her boyfriend had got her hooked on cocaine which was new in our area at the time. They had wanted someone who was an experience, virginal and being younger than her I was pretty naive as to what was going to be my situation that night. I was roofied I didn't drink alcohol. Woke up in a strange house, with men I didn't know and realize something horrible had happened. But I did know the one man and I knew my girlfriend knew him he was from the party we had gone to so I knew something was wrong. You would expect me to maybe from everything that I've been through my life turned dark know I got therapy etc but it didn't do me any good to go to the police because well those men made sure that I was showered down cetera and well we were two girls and my roommate it turned out was dating the big drug dealer in town which I didn't know about. So well I didn't know much about my roommate she came recommended by my best friend's cousin. You just end up accidentally getting into crap in life and you have to turn around and take it that you're going to get out of that s*** as far as you can. I looked at my old friend to see where her life is taking her and she is listed on the FBI and federal DEA watch lists for known companion of cartel members. I stopped searching any further about her didn't try to call her nothing didn't want nothing to do with her I thought you ruined everybody's life who ever touched you. But I got away from her and I never let her touch my life again. That's where you go with your dark place.
I remember when this all happened. Can you imagine growing up and finding out what your birth Mother did as that child born in prison will be facing if she ever chooses to know who her birth Mother is. I'm not saying I stick up for Aileen W but I do believe her treatment as a child and teen by the men in her life helped create the man hater she was. They molested and abused her. That treatment can do great damage to a sensitive child. .

Ahh your speaking of Dorthy puente Am I correct? Dorthy is amongst the most evil women in the world. The house she lived in is owned by another family. However the house is supposedly haunted
At least Ailiene admitted to what she did!!! 😢 She is the most "decent" serial killer.😢 And I am not condoning killing, I'm just saying that she took the responsibility for her actions and didn't try to blame someone else or mental health issue.
She "admitted" to killing 7 men in self defense after luring them and then robbing their corpses, and never revealed the location of the last victim. She never expressed any remorse, never apologized, and only surrendered to protect her girlfriend. There is nothing decent about her on any level.
Including her girlfriend who straight threw her under the bus, and you can't tell me she didn't know anything... With the way Aileen is, she most definitely told her.
@@thevrifiedlosr she absolutely knew! Elen loved that gf-- I mean!! To the moon n back! N Terra continually shit down Eileen's throat! Terrible to witness 💔🥺
Child killers are the lowest of the low...I agree that Aileen is a lot more sympathetic, she really didn't stand a chance, in cases like this I think it's time we start charging the parent/guardian of any abused child who grows up to be a killer...Aileen was created by the society that failed her...the other women are just born monsters..
But apparently the movie made about Aileen is titled, Monster. Comparing Aileen to the other killers is a little unfair. At least Aileen didn't kill any children. She only went after men whom SHE thought were filthy.
I'm with you there. To take your child to the hospital and put them into someone else's hands is hard enough, and for her to break that trust to hurt those precious babies 😢
Out of all of these Allit is the one that bothered me the most. She's evil incarnate. I felt a certain amount of sympathy for Aileen, her life was absolute hell.
Last interview I saw about Allit suggested she didn’t even know she did anything wrong. Apparently it is common with Manchausen by proxy. You could show them a video of their crime and would still deny it.
Aileen was not born a psychopath. She was turned into one over time that much is clear. I feel in her case you have to take into consideration her violent and violated past ?
Psychopathology isn't something you *develop*. That's been proven to be a born trait. Plenty of people have psychopathology & never commit crimes -a surprising number of *politicians* show signs of it, in fact (though whether they commit crimes against humanity with their policies is debatable 😂). Certain types of medical professions draw people with psychopathology, as well. If I remember my reading correctly, police work also draws those with psychopathology traits. It's my opinion that there needs to be a secondary factor that "triggers" the criminal behavior/thinking -some kind of life experience or learned behavior as a child. Like I said, that is just my opinion on why psychopathology would lead to criminality.
Many serial killers were molested and abused and exploited but you wouldn’t be in here defending them because they are men. Don’t let her gender confuse you into saying stupid shit like this you twit.
Take into consideration to what extent?? What ever Jail time she received is well deserved due to the nature of the crimes she committed. Maybe get her some type of counseling while she’s in there so she can “function” or whatever that is with the other inmates but she has to do her time til she dies. She murdered some innocent people. I could have a little sympathy had she only unalived those who had a hand in victimizing her.
The first time I heard of her she had already been executed; I felt kinda sad. I would have extended my hand in friendship to her if she were still around. (Just to give a hurting heart some solace, nothing else.)
Oh my lord this woman WAS A SERIAL KILLER for fucks sake. Lots of male killers were molested and abused and exploited but you don’t see idiotic apologists feeling sorry for them in the comments section. Ffs the amount of people saying retard-level shit like this is out of control.
1989 I was a Freshman in highschool we visited family in Titusville Florida, not far from Daytona. I remember hearing on the news while there about a string of muders. I didn't realize till I was an adult it was Aileen Wuornos.
They should have added Susan Smith. When she drove her car with her two boys in their car seats in a river. And watched them scream and cry out to her for help. And watched them die all because she didn't want her then soon to be husband have them. Greed and just evil.
John D. Long lake is not far from where i grew up, about 14 miles away in Union, South Carolina. What is not so widely known is that before turning onto that road, a one-way road, you have to pass by one of the largest churches in the state. She drove past a large church en route to murdering her children, then pulled a race-hoax for sympathy. She is as close to evil as it gets. This context, knowing she had to drive by a church on her way to murdering her children, especially considering how religious this part of the world is, really adds to the moral depravity of her actions.
Add to that the fact that she originally blamed a non-existent black man for carjacking her and kidnapping her children. That bish is up for parole this coming November. She better not even be granted parole!
The first one… wow. The second one, murdering her own children, I haven’t been able to listen to her whole case yet. It makes me nauseous. What is wrong with people? 😢😮
That’s exactly what comes to my mind, when people use their addiction as an excuse for horrific actions: neither alcohol nor drugs are putting those characteristics inside of one. They are already there, or not.
How were we supposed to know he was going to kill him? (referring no.5 episode) He literally told you he feared for his life and that he thought she was going to kill him. How much more warning do you need? As members of the public we ignore obvious red flags and than are shocked when something bad happens.
I don't understand the mindset of a woman who would readily eliminate her children because of a man. A man will always leave you, your children stick by u even at your worst.
@@alexandrasoderborg8845 no no, any parent, be it a man or a woman should have the instict to protect his her children.....not to eliminate them. Being a mother....the pain and turmoil that came with bringing fourth a child was so immense on me that all I want to do is protect them.
I'm just creeped out over the last case and all the people who seem to be smiling and sort of excited about this killer, like a novelty attraction, or a town claim to fame. This person killed people, this isn't a haunted house or something like that. Creepy.
Totally agree. Watching the people gleefully talk about their novelty death house compared to the son talking about his mother who he loved and was murdered there, it's beyond distasteful.
people like Joanne scare me the most because they were people who live to cause as much pain as possible to others for no reason, other than they get a cheap thrill off of the slaughter. they could see some random Joe walking their dog and just nonchalantly walk behind them and kill them ruthlessly, and just as nonchalantly walk away, as if nothing happened. I can't imagine being in the position of her victims. I've never done anything to her, I've never spoken to her, hell I didn't even know she existed, and she decided that I had to die just because she happened to be where I was, and she saw me, alive. and her callousness is chilling. only demons can be so jovial about being a mass murderer, can be so proud of the senseless bloodshed she left in her wake. I'm relieved that the two elder men she needlessly attacked had survived their attack and I hope their dogs were returned to them safely
I cannot say that I support any of these women or their actions. However,. my heart does break a bit for Aileen Wuornos. With such a horrible childhood and upbringing, being told she was useless and unwanted by people who were supposed to love her and support her...is it any wonder that she ended hating men to that capacity that she was happy to kill them when they picked her up for sex? I too often got the message during childhood that I was useless and treated as stupid by my own iceberg parents. Because of them I moved to the other side of the country over 20 yrs ago. Now they are both in their 90s. I am letting them harvest what they sowed.
I should have done the same for my evil parents though I still loved my mom and gave her help and money every time she asked me to do so. The person she raised and spoiled rotten would end up killing her and our dead beat father in a neighboring state.
Right I mean the fact she was literally only ELEVEN when she started trading things for sex, then 14 when one of those men impregnated her is just so sad and disgusting I can't imagine the horrors she endured and the self hatred and hatred for men it brewed.
Just want to correct this lady at 7:18; not all personality disorders work the same and not all people with disorders CHOOSE to do the things they do. Emotions can play into a person's rationality and how they are able to control them. It's only a choice when the person understands they are causing harm, and knows how to avoid it, but then still chooses to continue to hurt the person or whatever the choice is in question.

I'm also a nurse. I worked as a CNA in a nursing home while I was in nursing school back in the '90s. I had my pt assignment but one of my pts was in a double room. I had one lady and another CNA was assigned to her roommate. I went in to help my resident get up from a nap and get ready for dinner. I noticed the roommate was quietly crying and on the floor. Her nose and lips were bloodied and eyes almost swollen shut! I asked what happened and she originally told me that she fell out of bed. I just had a weird feeling and said "Are you sure? Did someone do this to you?". They both told me the CNA attacked her but both were terrified because the CNA threatened them both and said that if they tried to say she did it that nobody would believe them. I immediately called the nurse to the room. We did an assessment and I cleaned the injured lady up. The nurse sent her out to the ER to be checked just in case. She also called the police. I finished getting my resident up and ready for dinner. Then I was told to go on break to calm down. To say I was irate is an understatement. I'm normally a very peaceful, nonconfrontational, nonviolent person. I went outside to smoke and calm down. Unfortunately the CNA that beat up the elderly resident was outside smoking, too. I just completely lost my shit and attacked her! I beat the shit out of her! She got a few good punches in on me but overall I messed her up good. She ended up getting arrested for abusing a pt. I ended up being asked to resign for fighting. I'm actually grateful that they gave me the chance to resign bc they clearly could've fired me. Also I technically could've been charged with assault and it could've prevented me from becoming a nurse. Luckily the administration just turned a blind eye where I was concerned. I don't advocate violence but I just lost it after a 300lb 20-something woman beat the hell out of a 100lb 87 year old lady. What the hell is wrong with some people?!
What about the mothers who suffer from Postpartum depression and know they need help but never get it since their husbands and society don't give a damn? I'm basing this off your key words "Any mother" so this includes those with PPD
We have a whole lot of Those running around now getting abortions in leu of birth control. Those that allow their kids to be assaulted as they lay around on dope. Those that alienate their kids from a parent under a false guise of protection. People cause far greater harm daily by committing harms that are not always physically violent, and take a lifetime to heal from. Those are what happ every day in our society and it’s those things that truly make a monster. A killer at least targets and is deliberate. I see a whole bigger picture that lead these monsters up to what they did and some of the responsibility lays on those people that did that too.
Have you looked at the statistics for who knowingly harms children the most? It's men. Yet, all the societal rage is against the few women who do this. Funny and pathetic.
It's horrible when people kill at all, but when people kill children they need to be stopped. Killing the elderly and children should be punished more severely

Being a serial killer is horrible, but killing your own sons on a cruel and premeditated manner like that woman, is even worse, she didn't kill strangers, she tried to kill their own children, that's cruelty in the right sense of the word.
I always feel if Aileen Wournos had had a good upbringing she would have been a better human. She was always very sincere but her messy upbringing spoiled everything

I'd have to say Diane Downs in my opinion is the worst , all she had to do was give her children up for adoption if she wanted to free herself from them that badly .What she did was atrocious and unbelievably cruel not to mention completely unnecessary to accomplish her delusional goal .
And after all that the guy didn’t even want her. He stated on the witness stand that he would never have left his wife. He didn’t want a life with Diane, with or without children.
I just heard this man say the safest place for Dennehy is behind bars. Just my personal opinion, but for someone like that, I do think a coffin is even safer than that.
It's definitely horrific for parents to prey upon their children, but I feel like it's almost equally terrifying for healthcare professionals to prey upon patients. You're bound to your family by blood, but you don't get to choose them, and when you are old enough to leave their house and live on your own, you can run for your life if they're terrible and at least try to keep them away from you. But with healthcare professionals, you have absolutely no idea who they are, and they have access to countless drugs that could kill you with the wrong dosage, and you're paying these people to keep you from dying, which is basically the main link of trust between you. You're trusting either yourself or your family members to these people when you're sick and physically vulnerable- healthcare professionals really, y'know, need to NOT be serial killers!
I am so shocked that Karla Homolka isn’t on this list. A sadistic, torturous, truly monstrous serial killer (who acted in partnership with her boyfriend), she should be #1. Don’t know who she is or what she did? Look it up, but be warned: it’s one of the sickest, most cruel, torturous and horrific series of murders in the history of serial killers, female or otherwise. Included amongst the victims was Karla’s own innocent, trusting teenage sister. And the things they did to her, it’s stomach churning. And Truly evil.
Karla Homolka and her "boyfriend" were victims of the worst evil on this realm in my opinion. This story was told in a crime video years ago, I can't find it any more. Her family is bloodline, from Canada. Everything in the "story" was misrepresented. The cult maintains itself by having parents participate, giving their permission and assistance to what is done to them. Think mind control, abuse from the earliest ages, ritual sacrifices, including what we consider to be celebrities participating. There was a photo from when they were teenagers sitting in between a certain celebrity who is famous for winning a lot of track gold metals, lived in Brentwood, CA, smiling, his arms around their shoulders while they sit there empty in spirit, totally disassociated. It's not always what things seem. It's what they want you to think and they use media. Michael Jackson, Prince, all of those whose stories makes us despise them, well some of that may be because the slaves can't stop it and we don't know the truth. It has to do with money usually. Money and perceived power. Kids raised in a loving home couldn't be turned into rapist and killers. Children are innocent. Praise God the awareness is now out there and I pray we end this evil. This evil is human. Humans must end it. My opinions. Love.
Aileen Wuornos lived a life of suffering and abuse and the men she killed were not even close to innocent victims. I pray God has mercy on her soul and she can find eternal peace. I don't care what anyone else thinks about it.

A lot of people have horrific childhoods, but they don't grow up to become murderers. Look at the West children in England. They have grown up nice, inspite of their awful parents. It's a choice you make to be good or bad...
There’s a really good film called small sacrifices about Diane Downs. It’s very well done and shows the story of what she did. Diane is played by Farrah Fawcett, who plays the role well
I have empathy for Aileen because she was brutalized by her grandfather. However there's no excuse for murder. The men she murdered didn't abuse her. Aileen was mentally ill.
So do I. You're not alone. 😞 And I'm not really the type of person who feels bad for k*llers - Diane Downs, Joanne Dennehy, Karla Homolka, etc., I don't feel sorry for. I don't think that Aileen was evil - I think that the crimes she ended up committing were a result of her circumstances.
I think those kids knew she was dangerous to them. Ann rule, the author of Small Sacrifices, written about this crime does mention incidents of violence to the kids by Diane. I think they walked on eggs whenever she was around which wasn't all that often anyway as she was either working or out running around.
I read that book a handful of times, even before I had kids. I was in tears reading it and after I had kids I was literally yelling out loud " what the hell is wrong with you Diane" after I had kids. I can never imagine picking a man over my kids. Why didn't she give the kids to their dad or their grandparents instead of trying to kill them?? I hope she never gets out of prison she's a monster
In no way do I condone her violent murders. But Aileen wasn`t evil. All adults in her childhood either abused her, or just didn`t care about her. To survive, she detach from this world and feelings, till she meet what she believed to be love.
My mother told me about dianne downs and told me about her in court dancing to hungry like the wolf duran duran the song that was playing when she tried to kill her kids (did kill). I saw it in a documentary, freaked me out, everytime i hear that song i think of that
TH-cam has the whole movie called " Small Sacrifices". Farrah' Faucet absolutely kills this role. Knocked it right outt of the the park. I recommend it 100%
Eileen wasn't a bad woman. Im sick of the media portraying her as a sick person.. she was a victim of abuse for many years.. no one protected her. She had to survive the only way she knew how.. I liked her and I felt for her story.. the media and the police literally made it so much worse to sell movies.. now that's sick
There are millions of people that went through bad experiences in the beginnings of their lives, but they grew to be upstanding individuals and didn't kill anyone, so blaming a person's past on the reason they kill is a bunch of crap.
I agree. But I think it fascinating as well. What’s has to “click” in a person’s mind to go from an individual from dire circumstances to a serial killer. What is different among them in their brain, body or soul?
Joanna Dennehy is such a good actress, in fact she fooled everyone. She took over the life of Elizabeth Yardley. It is such a beautiful irony to watch Dennehy in disguise discuss her own crimes.
Just love how the undercover police officer Mike Joyner in the Aileen Wuornos case says they men would stop to " help " her ,,, is that what men think they are doing in buying a prostitute ?
I love how he say one of the worlds most evil killers my favorite part that's why I watch these long ass videos just to hear can't wait to hear it again.
Ailean was so abused in her life, I can feel compassion for her. It started with her mother dumped her, and her girlfriend sold her out. May you rest in peace sweet Ailean😢
Poor Aileen was broken from birth. Her story is so tragic, Getting molested at such an early age by a family member. Then by the boys in her neighborhood confirmed to her that this is the way she must live to fit in. It brings tears to my eyes. When I watch the videos of her, you can see in her eyes that life itself had driven her mad.
I consider it broken, but definitely not dangerous and I am nice, kind, compassionate, shy, and nice. It’s just that my neighbors seemed happy that there was something wrong. But when I got much older, my life seems much hopeful.
I am getting better help now. When I was younger my therapist said it was all in my head that I needed glasses. I continued to feel bitter about how people were wrong and I don’t like how my neighbor said that she can understand poetry, but she can’t write it. When I got older, she was at my dad’s funeral. She said that I was probably thinking, “Who is that crazy lady.” I hung out with dad’s 89 year old friend. Dad had many interesting friends. As a bipolar person, I sometimes don’t sleep well. Then I sleep a lot. I need to find a happy medium. I know that I don’t have a personality disorder. I find them interesting. I had known someone with a personality disorder who would say we are on a mission. I feel that I am successful even though people are nasty. No one knows about my success through and that I can understand poetry, write poetry, and novels. That means that I am bright. Also, I have a college degree.
What gets me is that no one reported Denehey to authorities. You can always say "I don't know if this is something or not..." let them check it out damn!
I don't know why, but I don't really feel scared of the stories I watch about male serial killers. Yet, if these male serial killers were out to kill me, then yes I would be frightened. BUT, there's something about a FEMALE SERIAL KILLER that absolutely scares the crap out of me.
I'm not condoning her actions, but, I've always felt a bit of sympathy for Aileen Wuornos because of the shittiness of her entire life.
Me too. At least she was always honest about herself.
Me too it always upsets me

Aileen was not born a psychopath. She was turned into one over time that much is clear.

I have such a soft spot for Aileen. How could she not hate men? What a horrible childhood she suffered.
How can you say that ? She killed men.
Me too! 💅☝️
Everyone needs to keep their guard up when around someone who has been so deeply damaged, as Aileen was. But I still would have hugged her.
Cant imagine a mum doing that to her kids its very sad poor kids 😢

Does it make more sense for a man to kill his children then? Honestly curious to hear your explanation if so.
Because most of us aren't true and complete narcissist
@@alexandrasoderborg8845 no no, any parent, be it a man or a woman should have the instict to protect his her children.....not to eliminate them. But for a mother...its more personal because she carried this baby for nine months so the bond forms as from conception.
Creepy.
I agree, in the UK the house would have been pulled down.
Totally agree. Watching the people gleefully talk about their novelty death house compared to the son talking about his mother who he loved and was murdered there, it's beyond distasteful.
Florida Tourism.
They literally show a map, the house is in California
Downs is not alone in seeing their children as barriers to a desired life, Susan Smith comes to mind.
Mothers shouldn't have kids if she going to kill them Children are a gift from god
Susan Smith was on Prozac. What was Downs on? Antidepressants cause homicidal compulions.
Joann is a monster 😮 and Dianne is just pure evil 😮
I feel so sad for the doctor that worked with Allit, you can tell how deeply it affected him.
people like Joanne scare me the most because they were people who live to cause as much pain as possible to others for no reason, other than they get a cheap thrill off of the slaughter. they could see some random Joe walking their dog and just nonchalantly walk behind them and kill them ruthlessly, and just as nonchalantly walk away, as if nothing happened.
I don’t think Aileen should of been executed . I think locked away , but she had the worst childhood

It is horrific to think that there are nurses out there that are capable of this terrible thing. I am a nurse and I hate to think what I would do if I caught a fellow nurse doing this.
Same. It was frightening to think about. My daughter was born with a heart defect and was in the hospital from 2 weeks old to a few months old 02/1991 - 4/1991 and again soon after. It’s crazy that this was the same time this was happening. I can’t imagine hurting my patients. Let alone babies.
I also had a nurse take my pain shot's and was giving me the cut of something. And putting it in her own little bottle.well a few days maybe More. But by this time.she was my nurse. I was getting headaches so bad and I started telling her no more shot's but she kept telling me I had to take what the doctor ordered. She was real pushy with me I caught on to her right then .I put in my complaints. To a nurse friend I met there . she let right people know and all they did was give her 30 days in recovery. And put back to work. I should have taken them to court. That was so much Pain that's why I had to let you know , make them open the package in front of you and watch .!!!!
Cold, heartless, and very cruel.....All of them.
Any mother who harms her child knowingly should be punished accordingly!
What about the mothers who suffer from Postpartum depression and know they need help but never get it since their husbands and society don't give a damn? I'm basing this off your key words "Any mother" so this includes those with PPD
Yea yea what about them huuu?? ☝️
What about non-mothers?
It's horrible when people kill at all, but when people kill children they need to be stopped. Killing the elderly and children should be punished more severely
Society failed Aillen

And it's particularly infuriating that she walks free and gets to play soccer mom. This is why I don't believe in karma.
