You mentioned the main reason why this is my favorite season - we have Sam and Dean being more honest with each other than in the past. I know that conflict can drive the show but there were times when I felt the conflict was forced almost like the producers/writers were afraid that if the boys got along no one would be interested in watching. I disagree.
Speed click.. as soon as it popped up on my subs page. fanfreekintastic episode! I so relate to Dean with the caffeine levels below optimum.. pre coffee, very few words happen. I love the name Delphine.. and that character, the commitment, the bravery and the magic attaching the sidjel to her heart.. just outstanding! It's wet eye episode.. every time. I hate that they put Crowley in a cage but damn, Mark really sold it.
I think it’s because Jensen looks great and appropriate in any era clothes and time. The wardrobe department must have loved to dress him. Just my theory.
Too many episodes watched multiple times over the years, I mix stories up and forget what happens sometimes. I forget what changed my opinion and when, but at THIS point, Misha is doing a masterful job of portraying Mark. Not Lucifer, he’s imitating Mark. Because in my mind, no matter how many people played him, Mark Pellegrino IS Lucifer in this show. That’s why Misha’s version works here. He’s imitating Mark very well.
Time travel in Supernatural is always just about witnessing something. No lasting change in the fabric of history. The writers are at least consistent on that accord.
@@RedHoodAssassin You're right. I guess you cannot go back in time and change history in Supernatural AND stay in the same timeline would be a more acurate statement.
Ive been binging your supernatural reactions and now that im caught up, if you havent seen these shows i think you would enjoy them. The Vampire Diaries, Charmed, The Magicians, Sons of Anarchy
I haven’t even finished this video. I’ve just got to the part where cas as Lucifer came to the bunker to get Dean‘s help and you were questioning whether or not dean really should go with him because you were worried about him but think about this cas really cares about Dean And we know from the past that during the entirety of the possession, whoever’s possessed and the angel or demon possessing them can talk to each other so that means Lucifer and Castiel are talking to each other so you better believe Cas is like you better not hurt Dean
All right, Jess, I won’t dare count Crowley out. Not that I need much encouragement in that regard. Otherwise, it hits me in the heart seeing this episode hit you right in the emotions. That scene with the young man asking when the war is won, your reaction there hit particularly hard.
I hate when the boys fight so I was happy when they started being more open and honest with each other. I know there are some people out there who enjoy the angst but we've had seasons upon seasons of brother angst. I always hated Crowley being treated like a dog/pet. It's cringey. I feel for Mark Sheppard having to do this.
This is one of my favorite episodes. Dean getting emotional at the end always rocks me.

Dean does look good in a uniform. He was so handsome in this episode.
So this is the 6th time Dean has had a time traveling adventure whereas Sam has only had two, both times were with Dean.

A lot of great stuff in this episode.

lol can always count on a comic kid to get it
This was a good Dr Who episode. Reminds me of Water of Mars.
