This is one of my favorite Marvel Legends. I like to pose the Iron Monger beside the Hulkbuster. You scored great with this find.

Just picked this set up the other day for half off the retail price. It's definitely worth it if you can get on clearance but not worth it at full retail price

I like this mold for Iron Monger so much, I wouldn’t mind if Hasbro made a slew of repaints. I would love to see it in comic-inspired metallic blue paint job, or a red & gold “Hulkbuster” look.

Lol, this is probably the best, or one of the best at least, reviews so far, so hilarious, and the sad reviewer song LOL hahah I loved it! The song afterwards as well, and the size comparisons were really helpful and enjoyable as well! I loved seeing different lines and to finally get an idea of what the McFarlane Violator looks like compared to a really big Marvel Legends figure and how Mezco figures look with Marvel Legends figures of heroic size and civilian size like Obadiah Stane. I'd love to see even more things compared! Seeing how the Black Series Deluxe Boba Fett looked with everyone was also very interesting, he seemed pretty small ultimately, which is why I prefer the old Black Series Archive version of Boba Fett due to his being a little taller and larger. One of the largest might be the Diamond Select Boba Fett though, which I haven't seen a size comparison video of yet.

Dave, if you've got the 20th anniversary Iron Man try popping the Tony Stark head on the Obadiah body, instant casual Tony! I'm adding a whisky glass to mine for some Demon In A Bottle vibes.

I got this thing at GameStop months ago and it’s just a great set piece. You don’t need an Ironman or any other figures really to go with it. It’s just an awesome thing to set on your desk and mess with. Love it

This is a good candidate to practice some dry brushing/black wash/ and touch-ups. Particularly given what you paid for it- it could be a new video series: David tries customizing figures.
The sculpt and tooling on the MCU pieces are incredible and a touch of paint really makes them pop. I saw a Hydra Stomper in a shop recently and it blew me away.

Ironmonger is supposed to come with a rocket launcher thing that attaches to the cross brace on his back. It’s very small. It’s probably missing from yours, and that’s probably why you got it for a low price. The piece falls off easily, and I display mine without it. So you got yourself an amazing deal. I’m happy for you.

This is sort of interesting to me, and I thought I'd share it here. This TH-camr is simply called Korean Comic, and he makes extremely short comedy videos and apparently only has for the last 8 months or so, and has so many times more the subscribers and views just because their videos are short, shareable, and most importantly funny and entertaining. He also does different voices and characters, they are mostly sort of skits made in the Vine or even the TikTok style possibly.
My favorite moments on the channel here are all the comedy moments and laughs, but it is true that I wouldn't really have anyone to show the videos to since they are about toys, but even if they were mockery and comedy in a relatively short format about anything, including recent shows, media, films, comic book moments, whatever, it might make some of the videos more shareable, people might then share then and bring people to the channel where they would watch the longer videos.
The laughs are probably most important overall though, and everything else is probably secondary to that, just used as an opportunity to think of and say funny things, make funny references or comparisons, to joke around and be goofy and in a silly mood.
Well, you're still moving at about the rate you were before, every time you post a video or a few videos it seems to go up 100 subscribers more roughly. For some reason, not a lot of people appear to be sharing the videos, and that makes sense, firstly they might not know many collectors, they may not want to reveal to others that they are into this stuff or watching this sort of thing, they may also think it is too much to ask to get people to sit and watch long videos that are about subjects they can't trust they would be interested in, for a joke that occurs somewhere in there, or making them wait for it.
I wonder if there is any way to, without stressing yourself out, up the silliness even more than it is already at, being more ridiculous and free with commentary and joking. I mean it is pretty good and at a pretty good level and pace, and way ahead of all others in the same or similar style or format and length of videos on these topics.
I think you should place yourself in direct competition with Jobby The Hong, a TH-camr whose style I don't much prefer in comparison to yours, but one who is very heavily focused on comedy and seems to have had better success and results possibly because of it. There are other factors involved as well, and his quick cutting and "fake" sort of detached style is not to my taste, nor is his sense of humor, but that he has a rapid fire sequence of jokes and humor has seemingly garnered him a larger audience and possibly more sharing, and that is even while possibly dealing with more niche things in some ways, but he also does a number of shorts, which are likely used as shareable advertising for his channel.
It can be very difficult to "think of jokes" and I wouldn't like that necessarily either, but instead, what I'm hoping for is possibly being able to somehow relax and get into a jokey mood, one that is sort of fearless and not too worried about the reactions of the audience or catering to them (they might just be bores and not necessarily helping in all cases, like certain people might just have a vibe that is off and not directed towards comedy) and instead targeting whatever you can riff off of and joke around with, sort of going into a playful comedy mode leading to a fast paced rollout of jokes.
You can also maybe do various shorter live streams that exhaust you less but more throughout a single day.
I don't think the people on these channels have very humungous social networks or lots of connections maybe, so that the sharing is not even possible, probably the majority of the people they know are already around here, or at least the people that they are alright with knowing that they are into toy stuff and hanging out on a channel discussing these sorts of things.
Another problem might be that the people who even like and understand this sort of humor and silliness and the references are older people who are working and busy and have families and stuff, so it can be difficult to find the right windows or time to watch these videos or deal with the various things you discuss, like they might not even have time to see the films or television shows until later on.

      Part 2
Shartimus and his philosophy of "earn your scars" is one that I don't think is really tenable at your age, we don't have time to "earn scars" lol, quick and easy roads to success have got to be the way, not 10 years of work to reach just 100 or 200 thousands subscribers or something. Seeing that practically no toy person has succeeded past a certain point, I strongly recommend, after you let your multi-channel experiment run for a bit, that you consolidate all those channels into this one or a single channel which remains a single channel, open up all payment opportunities including paypal direct donations, give clearer and more concise direct appeals and instructions for how support donations can be made with a focus on the channel memberships and gifting channel memberships during live streams (since that makes this channel appear like it has lots of paying members and might encourage more). For the "merch" you might need to make more and better merch, and also add in more colors unless you've exhausted all their options.
I don't believe your 25k subscribers is an accurate number really, there is only a much smaller percentage of people who seem to be watching your videos, and an even smaller percentage that are regularly watching, and an even smaller group than that which are regularly participating. That is often how it goes, but a lot of people seem to have subscribed but are not on TH-cam currently or returning to watch the videos (they may be busy with work or something else has happened to them).
So, it could be that in actuality, even though you are recognized by prominent channels and also your talent is recognized by everyone (and they seem to know that you're way better than them ultimately, because you have some more professional background and training), that your real current number is just about 1500k or 2000k of regular viewers and views, and more needs to be covered and done that will attract new users, make the videos more shareable, and cover topics that pull in all kinds of people who will then, in enjoying you and your personality and style, will view the other content, the toy discussions, the comic book discussions, and everything else. This "Covid Channel" is not apparently viral enough, the transmission rate is somewhat low, and people need not only hear about you and watch you, but you need to be talking about things in a timely manner and in the funniest ways possible which cover as much territory which is up to date and trending and pertinent right now, inserting yourself into all sorts of opportunities for comedy and current affairs that are on the less serious and dramatic side of things overall, even just editorial sort of rants about stuff, but something has to draw in more people.
It is not a matter of quality that sets Shartimus or Fwoosh at a different level of success, because ultimately you are naturally an entertainer and they are people who, as far as I'm aware, don't have almost lifelong training or skills in that area, they are just regular joe sort of people or musicians and have a different kind of focus overall. Nerdzoic is a business owner, they are all sort of different categories and types of people, even though they can all be funny. Is that what people are really looking for? Maybe we are just hedonists here who are gluttons for humor and comedy, particularly your style, down to the faces you seem to make naturally and all your expressions and the way you express yourself through your face and gestures, but what I really think is going on is not that people see you and feel that you are not to their taste, but that people don't see you, you aren't being shared, there is not much that seems shareable, and your videos have poor SEO and search terms put in so no one can even look them up or find them easily, just one fishing hook rather than multiple or big nets to draw in crowds, and then asking for too much by having divided content that now has to build itself up like starting from scratch. I don't know what the fear was originally about having people tolerate your interest in wrestling or other things or being more mellow sometimes within the same single channel, I think the idea should always be (despite what others have done and even succeeded at) making things a "one stop shop" and making all requests as easy as possible for customers or consumers, and all traffic directed to a single hub that also has every opportunity opened for the flow of income into your coffer(s).
The good news is, you're upgrading and you're dedicated. Lets say you lose your whole audience or a big chunk of it right now because of covering subject matter that stretches a bit out there and beyond toys, like maybe you talk about some weird video series or documentary you saw and your funny comments and ideas and thoughts on it. It is better to do so and start experimenting and trying everything (and not thinking that the experimental period should have instant success or results either), but the amount of people you could lose right now is very low in the first place, meaning now would be a good time to try to lure in new customers who might not necessarily be interested in toys or comics, but would be interested in you and your commentary and especially your silliness and sense of humor. I don't think you'll lose anyone worthwhile though so long as you're funny and enjoyable and not following in the footsteps of other channels which are ultimately way less fun, for me at least.
You could even be sort of scheming and seeing how JBRiiiCollector's video drew in attention from various channels, you could make something similar to that regarding toy channels, and also just TH-cam channels in general, but an entirely innocent and positive version that doesn't leave anyone feeling bad, but you might draw the attention of people from those other channels here, and it would be less disturbing if it was just about random TH-cam channels you've happened upon and liked too, or commenting on or reacting to certain videos or TikToks or whatever is getting popular attention these days.
I just really want to see how people can get drawn in here, even if it ends up making participation for the regulars more uncomfortable due to lots of people spamming for attention or whatever happens to very large channels, I want to see if something like massive success is possible through TH-cam based on your efforts and your own style. It also annoys me that channels that I don't really like, like that tech guy I showed you once, or MrBeast or whatever, people who basically annoy the heck out of me or piss me off and I don't feel they deserve anything because they are ultimately pretty bland, boring, un-funny, and not even creative or intelligent / witty, but they get a zillion babies drooling at their doorstep and tons of money making them multi millionaires in their youth, it burns me up with a sense of injustice that a guy who is so naturally funny and smart and is even someone who has wanted to be an entertainer for so long is having a sluggish time, and some of these others are just kids and boring at that and everyone is giving them so much attention, it makes me angry at the world lol.

      Part 3
So, worst case scenario, this channel remains small and just a couple of people who really enjoy knowing you and communicating with you and laughing with you about things, and the best case scenario (maybe, unless we're in the midst of being Bedazzled or something, lol the Harold Ramis film starring Elizabeth Hurley and Brendan Frasier) is that you might start going beyond toys (while still talking about toys) and draw in people from all angles, TikTok reactions, internet exploration and commentary, channel and content reviews, tv and film reviews, tech reviews and commentary, rants and criticisms, editorials about anything, news stories that are tolerable or acceptable for you to discuss, food, exercise, day in the life of, vlogging, tutorials, mock and mockumentary voice overs and animal type nature video voice overs like the Honey Badger one that was famous, lol there are so many things you can do to draw in all kinds of crowds, people from the music crowds by talking about or reacting to and commenting on, liking or disliking, new music with big followings, there is so much.
You could watch Sturgill Simpson Presents Sound & Fury on Netflix and comment on it and critique it and mock it and laugh about things regarding it or praise it enthusiastically, whatever you do, so long as you're funny, excited, passionate, hyper somewhat or energetic and relatively fast paced, and authentic while being silly and conversational and interacting and directly engaging, and then if people are drawn in to see it, they will be instant subscribers.
Hey, you could even do what I've seen many people do, and create subscriber raffles and competitions, so that people are encouraged to subscribe and are automatically entered into things to win something you may have gotten on sale somewhere along with a Model Behaviour T-Shirt and Hat or whatever you might like to give to some lucky new subscriber. I don't really like those gimmicks or any gimmicks, but it seems to have worked for some channels possibly, except for the occasional sad channels I see that seem to be trying such measures but have practically no one viewing their videos.
8 Months and the level of subscribers Korean Comic has just from comedy mainly even with pretty low quality video production and editing and a number of years now when everyone was at home and on TH-cam just because the toy focus might just be slow going always, makes me feel really impatient. There has to be something and more that you can do, even if it doesn't get results, and without exhausting yourself, more that you can casually talk and joke about and put in extensive search terms for, that will draw in crowds.
Even when you so randomly had some Tupac thing, some Tupac people arrived from out of the blue nowhere of the internet and commented on here, so those search terms seem to work.
JBRiiiCollector's video and videos like that are also helpful for content creators to get a hint about how certain age groups and demographics might be thinking and reacting to certain kinds of content and to theorize about what may be driving those decisions or preferences.
If I'm laughing, and especially if I'm laughing a lot and almost non-stop and even more so if I'm laughing hard, I'm happy, and very happy, and that is why I think whatever you draw people in with, so long as you're extra funny, ridiculous, irreverent, mocking, sarcastic, ridiculous, jovial, absurd, and off-the-wall, tongue-in-cheek, cheek-in-wall, tongue-in-volved, you'll fish in a lot of people and keep a whole lot too who will return for the chance of laughing, which is giving them something, its making their body feel good. So you can make funny commentary while exercising or teaching about exercise and personal fitness, while eating food or ordering out and trying restaurants, while watching and reacting to TikTok videos like SniperWolf does for example, but your reactions will likely be funnier and more entertaining, at least for us, or what LeonLush does or whoever else, even Ben Shapiro has caved in and tried to draw in audiences to his Alt-Right and Right-Wing media channel by reacting to TikTok videos for goodness sakes, lol and some have "listened to albums" and reacted or reviewed them, all of this sort of random content seems to be interesting to people, but it won't necessarily work immediately or on channels that are difficult to find or new on the algorithm, for example, I can barely type in Miscellaneous Behaviour and get the results also, so it is somewhat difficult to search, and the Wrestling one also has been having trouble showing up in search results when I type it.
