Hacker's Birthday Bash: 30 Years Of Children's BBC

A special live show on the CBBC channel brought together past and present Children's BBC presenters to celebrate 30 years of on-air presentation, featuring interviews, clips, surprises and the announcement of a new presenter. This was broadcast live on Wednesday 9th September 2015. This is a repeat showing from Saturday 12th September 2015.

This was awesome, they managed to get all of the original presenters and even had the original Broom Cupboard. The attention to detail for it was great, with the Neon logo at the back, the old CRT TV and even the drawings on the wall of cartoon characters from Andi's era of presenting.
I also like how they got the original intro graphic at the start.

In 2020, it will be 35 years since Children’s BBC launched, so I predict Hacker might do another Birthday Bash as part of the 35th anniversary.

Now all these legendary presenters Andi Peters, Andy Crane, Simon Parkin and of course Phillip Schofield are now all on ITV. During broom cupboard years it was Crane replaced Schofield, Peters replaced Crane where as Parkin would cover for Crane or Peters. Simon Potter done Sunday mornings Debbie Flint covered for Phil for 2 months. Also Andi Peters replaced Phillip Schofield on Saturday morning TV when Going Live was replaced by Live and Kicking oh and Toby Anstis replaced Peters in broom cupboard. Phillipa was cover host and summer mornings weekend host
