The method told by my master is to repeat Simran first for 2 hours , then listen to sound for 30 minutes

My master taught us to mediate for one and a half hours on the light and then do one hour of sound. but she said if we want to progress quickly we do 15 to 30 minutes of simran and then do the sound up to 3 hours straight and catch up on the light mediation later. according to many initiates if one can do sound continuously or intermittently for 3 hours straight many deep obstacles can be quickly removed . but one must stive to keep the proper proportion none the less

This man charges $300 for Reiki. His co worker sent me marketing message saying he is dr. ishwar puri's son in law . his site is world holistic health centre. he is not appointed by ishwar ji i am damn sure .
