Everything you have said is has exactly how I have felt for the past couple of months. Homeschooling is hard and at times I feel incompetent with everything homeschooling, parenting, homemaker, and being a wife too. At times I feel overwhelm with it all. Thanks for your advice!
The hardest thing is all the other crap that needs done. I think it is easier for my husband cause he goes to work and can leave it all behind - those times when he has to take home-life obligations to work with him he gets very cranky. I have to try to do my work with home-life obligations in my face all day if not downright interrupting me. A house, not to mention a farm, requires a lot of maintenance - I’m not even talking about cleaning. The amount of things to be done becomes frustrating, and then homeschool starts to look like a scapegoat. I’m trying to turn the other obligations into school. I can get a lot done with two teenage helpers.
Just when I wanted to quit... then I see this. Thanks!! Feeling like I can keep going now. God bless you for being such an encouragement to me!
I'm so glad. Honestly - it hits all of us at some point. You can do it!
