Gr8 vid as always...I do think it looks like a cool game; I will probably purchase it(when it goes to Ps deals😆) I do get the controversy tho..on one hand, it is just a game, and Yasuke, with his unknown background, in a foreign land, seems like a gr8 character..on the other hand, it feels like I am being pandered to(and if it was not clear at first, that hip-hop track is a dead giveaway🤣); also worth noting, Japan has many illustrious figures Ubisoft could have used. These days, everyone is sensitive about everything, and it is not as if they do not have a reason to be..(well, sometimes they are too sensitive tho...) I would advise everyone to wait for the game to come out first before purchase...we all know Ubisoft by now

Nah the hip-hop + japanese flutes are 🔥. Giving off afro samurai vibes. Also japan doesnt really have woke culture , so most of them probably wouldnt mind.

Japan does have a very strong hip-hop culture and the mix of hip-hop and traditional Japanese music is very popular worldwide especially in the Lo-Fi genre. BUT...there is a lot of pandering going on. A lot of Japanese people have said that the outrage is really only on the American side and they don't actually care as long as the game is good lol

@@TNTGamingonlinewell I hate to break it to you guys, but if you won’t even watch the Assassin style gameplay then the Assassin’s Creed series might not be your cup of tea.
@@Menno0183brother, nearly all Assassin’s Creed games didn’t have “Assassin style gameplay”. It was always like Yasuke’s. Yes, for Altair, Ezio, Connor, Edward, Arno, and the Frye twins. There has never been complete “Assassin Gameplay” in an Assassin’s Creed game. Get over it.
@@RyucioFade dude i’m not even hating on Yasuke’s gameplay, I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t show us the Assassin style gameplay while watching an Assassin’s Creed trailer. But man don’t tell me that there has never been a “complete AC gameplay”, unless you are blind asf you can see a clear difference between the Assassin and Warrior gameplay styles.
In the other games it was always a nice balance between stealth and force, even in Syndicate we got 2 protagonists, one stealth and the other guns blazing just like Yasuke and Naoe, but in this game there is a clear difference.
Again i’m not hating on Yasuke, I always try to go for stealth as much as possible in these games but believe me there will definitely be moments where I wanna go in full force with Yasuke.
The bottom line is that these games are for the biggest part stealth based so it’s weird to focus only on Yasuke’s samurai style gameplay while Naoe has so much to offer aswell.
The gameplay actually looks good.
Most of the backlash is because they shoehorned the black lead because of the D.E.I policy (Diversity, Equity and Inclution).
I think they would have a better response if they had two japanese main characters and added Yasuke as a secondary character.

I’ve noticed there’s always stuff cut out of everything they post. Must be their gimmick to get people to become members. All about that money
I’m just here for the next rdr2 video. That’s been a super annoying series, seems like so much stuff gets cut/skipped, I feel like it may just be the video they’re reacting to, but then again, I feel like they just do it to get people to become members to get the full reactions idk
