Interaction in the fruit stall was so genuine so authentic it is 100% Sri Lankan hospitality. He was saying in Sinhala that you gave him 500rupees in the morning also so he cant accept any tips this time.
The couple of friends who run the fruit stall seem to be really nice and good for the tourism industry. What a contrast to the horrible man who asked you to go away from his or someone else's stall just because you said the price of that food he tried to sell you was so expensive!

He wasn't nasty I have been to his shop, dude gave the price for the biggest portion available not the regular and that came off as expensive. He wasn't trying to scam no one, he got hurt cuz he was the owner and emeka avoided him and asked the workers for the price. It's a sad things to happen..I love srilanka and its people I've been there twice and stayed foe about 2 months..I've met these kind of people ..and I'm happy the authorities took actions..but in general the srilankan people are super super beautiful and helpful people..❤❤

The yellow stuff is lentils (dhal), the red stuff looks like beetroot, the green looks like either Bittergourd salad or gotukola salad, the chicken looks like it’s cooked in roasted curry powder (it’s dark), looks like a great rice box.
