Aircraft sheet metal bend layout and bending

I used zoom with students to show the layout on paper and doing the math. Then took that information and bent the piece according to the layout we did.

Great video, Mark. It helps for sure. I was a little confused because the classroom work had said overall length of piece was 5.86. But then the video said 5.92? Anyways the theory was there i just got a little confused

80-83V1, avotek also has text books that cover this info. Your K factor and material thickness for minimum and maximum bend radi can be found in the AC43.13-1B
