I loved episode 3 as well! And that’s when heard from the early reviews it took a dip and then came back up in episode 4. I absolutely adore it. Love the horror, the campy comedy, the fun witchiness of it all, and all of the mysteries that are ahead.

On the point of short episodes, I saw TRoP episode 7, and I could not believe how much story was covered in it. I kept on thinking this is where it ends and we'll get the payoff next week but they showed the whole battle. I couldn't believe it😂

The only thing that I like about this show was Mrs. Hart. The fact that this actress comes from a sitcom (That 70s Show) really added some levity to a "witchy" show.

I really enjoyed the third one, more than I was thinking beforehand, and if they keep the switching of styles over the next trials, this will always make fun on a rewatch and won’t bore over the course of the series. Even had the Mephisto drop and the shocking Ms hart kill 😮👌
I wonder how dark they're willing to make the show. They've hinted at some horror elements with the Salem Seven and the hallucinations, and there's some stuff in the trailers. I'm hoping it's not just a tease and they'll really lean into the horror. They've also made a few jokes about human sacrifices. And a lot of dark magic in comics and fiction in general require sacrifices to be made in exchange for power. So I wonder if the deaths in the show will end up being sacrifices Agatha makes to the Witches' Road in exchange for power.

The first two episodes left me asking why I should care about any of these characters. This episode still left me with that question, but there were moments that actually kept my focus. Still not entirely sold on this show, but both feet aren’t out the door yet. Next episode will be the deciding factor for me
The show is okay so far. I know they better play "I put a spell on you" by Screamin' Jay Hawkins in the end credits when we find out who put the sigil on Teen. If not, it's a missed opportunity.😅
It looks like every name change of this show, was because the plot was completely different in each version. And then to keep the reshoot costs down, they sat down and tried to figure out how to salvage footage already shot, and incorporate it into the latest story. The copy show first thirty minutes of episode 1? I'd have watched that show. This shit though?? Clearly from one of the weaker versions of the series storyline, that somehow managed to survive the cutting process.
Watching an episode of something like penguin or rings of power is like sitting down & eating 3 pancakes, 2 scrambled eggs, & a milkshake. Watching a Disney+ show is like having a single slice of toast with butter & there's a 50/50 chance it's moldy. It was incredible if you look and hear the multiple clues appearing literally every 60 seconds. The riddle was two answers, the wine bottle and Death. Death’s “name” is actually part of the wine bottle’s brand name. Mrs. Hart said to bury her in that kitchen, and she died in that kitchen bc she needed two potions for two glasses of wine, and they only gave her one. Jennifer stating Agatha wouldn’t recognize her own son appearing on her doorstep, the protection witch being the last witch into the oven making sure everyone else got out first. The Mephisto reference. The door image of the full moon pre-telling that the tide rises when the moon is full, and house was flooded. The cerulean flowers on the riddle card was the same color the final potion needed to be. Learning Teen’s dad loves to cook, (I remember that Civil War scene in the kitchen 😊), and the house was designed for a specific witch to complete her trial. Each house on the road will be assigned a different witch to complete or fail. Let’s not forget about the car crash in Ep 1 either, that’ll come in handy later.
Now that all characters got together this show feels worse than before, not to mention that the witches road turned out to be a series of lame challenges.
I don't agree that it was a strong episode or that the show has been good so far. There were some interesting ideas in episode one that they could've taken their time and played with. A kind of reverse mystery where the audience knows what happened before and the main character has to piece it together while solving a murder. But they wanted to just quickly break the spell and get on with their lame Hocus Pocus knockoff. I just don't feel like I've been given a good reason to even care what happens to these characters, much less root for them. Also, the jokes just fall flat with me and it's equally painful every time they try to act like the identity of "Teen" is some big secret because it's already been spoiled online and it wasn't remotely a surprise to me when it was. I know damn well who he is and probably the real reason he wants to walk the road and none of it is or should be the least bit shocking to anyone when it finally is revealed. Final thoughts: most boring escape room ever.
Found it rather boring tbh, none of the characters I'm particularly fond of and watching them goof around in the house was not very interesting. Whats with the Sharon character? What is even her role in this coven? IDK the plot just sometimes doesnt make sense and is rather boring to me. I"ll prob drop it and come back if word of mouth gets better

I thought E1 and E2 were fine. Kinda kooky fun, not great and def not bad. I really didn't like E3 at all. Why is an old and sacred witches road throwing them a Big brother reality show like challenge??! The prior tv show aspect was due to Wandas hex, the witches road is not of Wandas magic. Felt real cheesy imo, and Agatha made me like her less this episode even though we already kinda know shes a "villian".
The Road takes elements of their personalities and creates trials based on that. Jen’s trial was desperate housewives themed likely because that’s the kind of people she scams daily. Alice’s trial is confirmed to have a 1970’s recording studio theme due to her mother and Lila’s is likely the Wizard Of Oz themed one due to her facing witch stereotypes throughout her life

John is tripping. The episode did not feel short at all. It was perfectly paced, creepy, spooky and funny.
I'm glad it was 40 minutes, but it was such a good episode that it also felt fast to me when it ended.

I'm really liking this show so far. Great casting, cool idea, good story, great mood.
Honesty there are 2 things that make it fun so far are. A) the content and time of year. And B) the different but same quirky vibe of Wandavision
