1. Installing Quartus II 13.0sp1 and ModelSim

I am going to show you how to install the Quartus II 13.0 sp1 edition that we can use to program the Altera DE2 board containing the Intel® Cyclone® II FPGA board. Along the way, we will install the board support package for the device.
