As a sixers fan this just makes me realize how impatient our organization is with developing players (probably in part cause us as the fan base want immediate results too). A lot of those guys in the video weren’t really “process” high draft pick guys as much as good mid-first rd and second round finds we let go.
We are incredible at drafting / post-draft signings. We're terrible at developing. So many guys aren't even on here. Jerami Grant and Christian Wood were both drafted / signed by us

Do the “ladder challenge”. Get a team from the East and a team from the west. Start with your point guard. Say he’s a 91 overall. Your SG has to be a 90, SF 89, PF 88, C 87, and so on for a 10 man rotation. Then, in the other conference, do the opposite. Start with day a 83 overall PG, then your SG is 84, SF 85, PF 86, C 87, and so on (so yes your bench will be higher overalls🤣) you can change positions if it’ll help overalls work out, and they gotta meet in the finals!
SIMULATION IDEA!!! Make everyone in the league back to there rookie selves, and then simulate and see how the league unfolds. Will everyone hit there primes, Will some get better? Maybe some may bust? It will also be cool to see them develop alongside current young guys!

You could really put everyone back in their prime and on the original team except you get to pick which all time team player you get to pick. Maybe clippers cp3 with AD and Zion, raptors kawhi with the spurs. And you basically pick your ideal roster of your favorite era of players. Quite nostalgic
Quick Tip: If you put CPU Resigning Aggressiveness to 100, then every player should stay with that one team

It did suck but that’s all hindsight. We only gave up on two players and it was after the season we won 10 games in 2015.

i don’t comment much but do a consecutive rebuild. you have 1 90 overall player and you have to have a 89,88,87 etc.. you can only have 1 player of each overall with a 10 man rotation. you have 3 years to win a championship! good luck! btw i watch your videos everyday big fan!!
You could really put everyone back in their prime and on the original team except you get to pick which all time team player you get to pick. Maybe clippers cp3 with AD and Zion, raptors kawhi with the spurs. And you basically pick your ideal roster of your favorite era of players. Quite nostalgic

Put all the colleges in the nba and put the players that played at that college team then simulate the season to see what college has the best players
