Please tell me if we were born in India and now also in India itself but diff city, then is there any need to change timezone ? India is v large and there is quite a time lag if one was born in east and now he lives in far west. India is 5:30 ahead of UTC , so in s/w I need to put 5:30 East of GMT ?
