  • Did one meeting change the course of history?
At the height of German victories during WWII, the world’s scientists are locked in a race to build the first atomic bomb. Risking arrest, German physicist Werner Heisenberg travels to Nazi-occupied Copenhagen to meet in private with his former mentor, Danish physicist Niels Bohr. Bohr, a Jew, is justifably rankled. As it turns out, his old friend and collaborator now heads up the German nuclear program.
What takes place during the closed-door meetings?
History will never know. But it forms the intriguing crux of this three-time Tony Award-winning thriller the New York Times calls “... the most ingenious play of ideas in many a year... endlessly fascinating.”
