Great video. I agree with your comments on the cuccio and essie oils. The solar oil sounds really good.

Thank you, I'm glad you liked it 👍
I love the solar oil ❤️
I might look into the CND Vinylux nail polish (it's meant to be long lasting and works with the solar oil) I think I'll do a review on the system to see how long it lasts and whether it leaves my nails in better condition as it claims...

Lovely review, Kate! I personally have the Cuccio oil, which i pipette into small cuticle pens for on-the-go, all-day nail oiling, and then I use the OPI for a weekly nail spa treatment (after changing nail polish etc). However, I think I will give the CND oil a try, as that looked quite lovely!

That's great, glad you liked it 😊
Interesting that the cuccio is fine for you - I think individual chemistry plays a part. Yes I love the CND Solar Oil, it works the best for me 😊

I enjoyed your review! Perhaps something you make like to try is making your own based on one you’ve purchased (and liked). For example, the solar oil is sweet almond, jojoba, rice bran and vitamin E.
Aromatherapy suppliers will often sell these oils (for me, a popular online shop is Bomar)
It would work out to be about €21 for 400ml! I mix the oil in an empty nail polish bottle in small quantities.
Edit: just got to the part of the video where you use your homemade one!

Glad you enjoyed the video. Yes, that is an option....however I've tried doing that before without success (the problem is it's guesswork with the amounts of each oil and the result can be hit and miss)

@ from my understanding, the ingredients list (or INCI list) is listed from highest to lowest quantity wise .. but yes, it can be tricky!
