All heroes have different perfect combination of buffs It has something to do with their own buffs and skills some hero skills can actually be affected by buffs. wizard's second skill can be made stronger with shotgun buff. more ice spikes can be summoned. Takes a bit of thinking to actually make every single buff useful.

when weapons have to charge then shoot or swing they will do it more times like the blood sword for assasin
