Sir, this is a rather broad statement. Proof please??? I personally shoot an older Savage Model 12 Varmit, chambered in 308. It consistently shoots 2.5" groups at 400 yards w/otc Federal Gold Metal Match 168 grain bthp. I have no doubt the rifle is capable of much better groups with a trained shooter w/hand-loads. I'll be honest and say I had never heard of this chassis or knew anything about it. I just decided to click on it because it was on your feed. This review has really made me decide to look into this as I've always enjoyed metal, but there was always something about fine crafted wood in firearms too. What a nice and well designed platform marrying the two. I have been wanting to get a 6.5 Creedmoor someday and was considering a Ruger RPR as a break-in, but I may have to give this some serious consideration now. Thank you.

If the scope is mounted directly on the metal of the gun chamber area, how does flex in the stock effect the accuracy?
