As I have built my own versions of the clock inside and outside my home, I always had a hard time syncing the tic toc sound with the motor. If you wouldn't mind... I have videos of my room. Look up it's a small world bedroom 2.
What kind of motor did you use for the face I’m thinking of making one of these for my mom in a smaller scale it’s her favourite ride and want to give her one as a surprise

Any high torque gear motor will work. On the clock face I've made for the front of my house, I used a windshield wiper motor and a 9volt dc adapter.
