KFC Style Crispy Fried Chicken at Home | Most Easy & Delicious Recipe | Papa Chef

Written Recipe -
Chicken Marination Ingredients -
1 whole Skin Chicken
1 Litre water
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp ginger powder
1/2 tbsp black pepper
4 tbsp vineger
1/2 tbsp salt
mix it well
5-6 hours rest
Batter Ingredients -
2-1/2 cup maida
1/2 tbsp ginger powder
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
salt to taste
1 packet maggic masala
1 tbsp red chilli powder
Quote the soaked chicken with the flour and then repeat the process and shown!
Deep fry for 15-20 mins
Serve hot and enjoy!
