Very well done. This is a very detailed game, and after watching several reviews, yours is the one I would use to learn the basics of the game. Thank you.
I kickstarted it, as I have with all the Tiny Epic games, and am waiting for it to arrive. It does seem a bit fiddly for my taste, but I guess we'll see if that's the case when we get it to the table.
Great review Dan! I've been pretty so/so on the Tiny Epic line so far, but this one seems really unique in many ways. I'm glad to hear how much you enjoyed it, looking forward to getting it soon!
I had completely dismissed this one because I thought it was too much going on. After playing it yesterday, I was really impressed and will probably buy it. I may enjoy it more than galaxies at this point.
Thanks! I also do official Rules School videos which teach you how to setup and play the game rule for rule. Although this one is not one I have done there are over 50 that I have here - - www.gameboygeek.com/rules-school
Thanks for the overview, Dan! I hadn't paid as much attention to the final artwork/components since the KS campaign and I like the look of the final product. I agree on the player board size, but that's a relatively minor issue to me. I might feel a little differently after actually playing the game. I don't think the actual game tiles could get much larger - looks like this takes up a good amount of space as-is. :) Looking forward to getting my copy later this year.
Thanks Peter, I do realize that it already takes up a good amount of table space so making the map tiles any bigger would not be a good idea. Which would mean the player boards would need to be a bigger size which I am assuming would raise the cost too much since they would need to be on a different sheet.

It reminds me of the Legend of Zelda

Now just waiting for it to arrive...
Thanks Dan! Just waiting on this one to be delivered.

Still haven't bought the Western version yet.. but I think this is also going to be on my to-buy list. Awesome review. THANKS!

Wow, lovely looking game! The components look great and the game seems fun! Thanks for the video! :D

A bomb and a potion - hahaha!!
Maybe Western plays better. But the artwork of Western is pretty bad. And this is like 5x better!
