Watched this documentary on Amazon Prime on Sunday. It was so good to see! I belonged to the Wham! Fan club at 13 years old in 1984. I was smitten, absolutely smitten with George and Andrew. And as George transformed into this mega- superstar with the "Faith" album, we all knew he had what it takes to be one of the best male performers of all time. One of the darkest days in pop music 🎶 history was Dec. 25, 2016.

I knew him and if he could have made his music without being ridiculed and trapped by the very love of his fans. It's amazing how much he just wanted to be treated like a normal person. He was driven by that angelic heart of his and that's on sweet Leslie. She raised a good man. He was such a loving man an wanted to try & change things. I'm avoiding it. I don't think I could take it!!!
@@halfbreed4life62 The Music Establishment started to destroy him the minute he went after Sony. After he lost and still didn’t stay silent and of course Sony had to say they released him. Of course they did because Prince and others were showing support! Then all the sudden the incident happens in 98. Do people think that was an accident. That was a full blown set up . That was a warning. And he still didn’t stay silent because he should not have to ! He has the right to speak out on things that are morally wrong! Those contracts he was locked into were nothing more then a veil to hide owning musicians by in every aspect of their life. What’s that called.. modern day slavery The media and the music establishment are one in the same.

I hated this doc!! I hated everything about it! The worst part of hating this is the way I felt when it was over. I wept for George today.
