If I was a surgeon diagnosed with a tumor, I could not lie on a table and operate on myself. It’s the same thing for other issues. If you’ve spent 20-30-40 years making unwise decisions, you cannot just expect to magically know how to 1) change your behaviors and 2) fix issues without understanding their causes. You need support and someone wiser than you to help you identify the causes of your problems.
