- Removing some huge branches off some big Gumtrees. 45 metre tall trees, with overextended branches over a house.
Pretty challenging climbing and setting up rigging this high and wide. call out to Jake from Guilty of treeson if your ever in Aus, hit us up and we'll do some big trees together 👊 - บันเทิง
Dude! That would be so cool! Working in Australia has been a dream of mine for years, I reached out to ACE to see if they would let me come work there for a little bit but they never replied 😭
I’d be stoked to come there and make a fool of myself climbing those trees of yours, they look so challenging! Great job on the tree by the way, that thing was tall and wide! I reach out to you and try to see if I can make my way down there, thanks for the invite!
Ah man, so cool! Shame about Ace, but yeah well tee up some big Mountain Ash and make it happen! You'll smash em out bro! I'll msg you on Fb
Please post the video if this happens
Where area of Melbourne are most of your climbs ?
Can we please do a meet and greet if Jake comes out. I’ve been watching his videos for at least over a year. And the tree climbing here in Olinda Vic is pretty small but passionate.
Right on brothers
If Jake can go to Norway, why not Australia? Probably a shorter flight. Would be awesome to see you guys work together.
You two plus August hunicke are my favourites to watch! Would love to see a collab between you and Guilty of Treeson.
Wow awesome, so glad you like my vids 👍
Yeah man you’re part of the Mt Rushmore just got to add Reg Coates
Enjoyed the video. I don't know any popular climbers on TH-cam that would/could tackle the trees you climb. Climbing is one thing....but, the traversing around up there amongst the big wood is another. Reg conquers the 200' pines....but your 150'+ spreading big wood is another thing all together.
I believe Reg worked in Australia for a while....
A good climber can handle anything in my opinion. Just a matter of adjusting to new environments.
Reg coates is from England. he didn’t grow up doing big firs, he moved there later in his career and just went to work.
Jake is a really good climber but i think he would struggle on our Australian multi lead trees! i would love to see this!!!!!
Best collaboration since the A team
Yeah, I been climbing cutting for 22 years. I live in Pennsylvania, United States. We don't have no trees that are even a 130 foot tall. Hardly ever, you're a 180 foot up. Almost that is unbelievable massive trees out there. God bless the biggest tree I've Ever climbed and took down was a 125 Max God bless.
Knowing Jake, he's booking a flight right now, God bless mates.
Amazing dude. Those trees are gnarly... - Patrick
Thanks man, love ya channel, if your ever in Aus, come do one 😉
Eucalyptus is so comfortable to climb on.
You have to buy 300 foot spools of rigging and climb line and just use them as they are correct.
Wow I was fully thinking how were you getting that rope back lol
That is a very handy trick! Thanks
Good old Spike pruning
You say you are dreaming at 55m yet I am having nightmares about 45m 😅.
Crowd fund a ticket for Jacob 👍
That would be cool to see Guilty of Treeson and the Tree Ninja🤙🏼
Hell yeah!!!!!!
Would be the best duo ever! He would love ripping into those huge mountain ashes
Jake has those easy Fir type trees lol…your Aussie trees are like our oaks in the Midwest with lots of limbs branching everywhere that requires lots of limb walking. I always said if you can play tree chess with trees like yours you can do it anywhere. Your work is by far the most technical and is at a level beyond most of us fellow arborists. Nice work.
Nice job those trees look fun!!!
Great video, that was an awesome tree, nothing like that here in the UK 😪
Be nice to see guilty down under, but he's a tree service owner now. Be nice to see.
I don't know man...love watching Jake, but I think in those trees, he'd be a little out of his element. Your rigging and swinging looks acrobatic and technical to me, and highly testicular 😆 But, what do I know, be cool to see him come over👍.
Haha highly testicular!! 🤣🤣
It’s funny how the most popular arborist channels deal with those fir type trees…I think if they tried these trees it would not look like Harry does them that’s for sure.
Nice work!
Great job on all the redirects and planning of rope paths.
100000% Jacob needs to come over
Yes please!!!
Another great climb and your videos are getting better n better my friend!
Would love to see a video on your gear that you use, cheers from a Colombian climber 👌
Thanks mate yeah I should do one 👍
I second this
That would be awesome for you two crazy climbers together. Great job.
That would be awesome to see Jake with you guys. God bless guys stay safe great work
The only other Ytube arborist I could see keeping up with you is Trevor Ahern. Now that would be a something to see for sure.
a harry/treeson cross over would make everything complete.
It would be epic. I said that awhile back
Eff n Ahh dude. amazing.
Fantastic work again.
I want to change jobs!
Will be epix
That would be epic
Bro ! Whats with the Woolies bag trailing behind ?
Thas some getto climbing innovations right there haha ...
Wicked climb tho 👍
.
I didn't have a bag for my go pro haha! It ripped after like half n hour and I started losing bits🤣🤣
IVE BEEN COMMENTING FOR 6 Months that you two should do a video together…
let’s hope he responds!
Good work harry and god bless
Thanks mate 🙏 hehe finally listened to ya 😉
Swinging about at 150ft😂
Ever tryed a raptor' seem pricey but yer nice.
You don't ever do any curls or pull up or lat pulldown?
What’s the shopping bag for mate?
Ah for my go pro and attachments. Couldn't find my proper little saddle bag 😅
Arrr genius mate that makes sense. Adapt and overcome
There is no way Jake could do the trees you’re doing. I mean, me neither, no shade, but there’s no way.
Is wearing spikes common when pruning in Australia?
I'm sure he only spiked the leaders he was removing. Makes it a lot easier to get out on awkward stuff like this.
No not common at all, I only ever use them if I'm pruning huge trees where what I'm spurring is being removed. Most of what I spurred was removed except the first leader I had to get out on, where I tried to just use epis and avoid spurring as much as possible. I probably should have ditched them while I transitioned between highpoints though
@@treeclimberharry582 thanks for the response! Love you videos, you have serious skills. I can’t imagine climbing 40-50 meter tall trees. Most of the trees I climb are only 70 feet or 20-25 meter tall.
Great Job engineering those removals!
And then climbing spikes are not gonna hurt those big trees in any way shape or form.
What about August?
Yeah August too!
Hahaha "yeah August too "
N if jake does oz then nz hop over the pond'
Get over jake n randy.
