Making care closer to home a reality: nothing is impossible

The King's Fund hosted a stakeholder breakfast event to discuss what political action is needed to bolster primary and community care and make a reality of the long-held ambition of 'care closer to home'.

The event was chaired by Sarah Woolnough, Chief Executive of The King's Fund, and followed by a presentation from the report authors. There was then a panel discussion by:
• Beccy Baird, Senior Fellow, The King's Fund and lead author of the report
• Lord Bethell, Conservative peer and former health minister
• Professor Paul Corrigan CBE, former Labour party health adviser to Tony Blair
