  • In the latest episode of Westminster Watch, we hear from Westminster insiders to discuss a new rule which could see MPs banned from Parliament if they are arrested on suspicion of a serious offence. Does that go too far, or is it the bare minimum to make sure people working there feel safe? Plus, does the need for this rule in the first place speak to a bigger, cultural problem in the workplace?
Westminster Watch is broadcast out of London and presented by politician-turned-presenter Nick de Bois. From fierce debate to reflective thinking, Nick offers you the inside track on all the happenings inside the corridors of power in Westminster. Tune in every Monday at 17:30 GMT on TRT World.

Not sure about MP's in the UK, however, regarding Netanyahu, Trump and Biden, so much information about these people and their alleged crimes are readily available..

Legislators, must be held to a higher standard. Simply because they create the law that governs us all!
Therefore, ANY serious allegations of wrong doing, MUST result in an immediate suspension until such times as the allegations are proved, one way or the other.
And finally, MPs should not invoke parliamentary privilege to protect their own backside..
