The toes are apparently comic accurate. Also they did say that they were still working on the green colors, that the color that was shown is not the final.
If they were to retool this into Megatron, I think it would look great, but the chest plate would look broken up in bot mode. They would need to do serious remolding

I don't think that was a completed product he showed of Scrapper, but I'm interested to see what the final product will look like. That packaging does look fresh as hell though. LOL
I have the Combiner Wars japanese version of Devastator and it's a great toy but I always thought it was too big. Because the other combiners were smaller in the CW toyline. Luckily I didn't buy the KO. I'm glad it's scaling with the rest now. Hopefully the chestplate can be raised more to hide those holes. Over the years with the different Fallen versions, I thought the War Within was the coolest. It's great that she went in that direction.

I love the shirt. I disagree with the display. Combiners should be large since they are the combination of multiple normal sized bots. I think it is great if someone doesn't have the space though.
I'm all in on the Mecha Invasion's version, even though I'm a Legends collector, just because it's something new and I think it's that good and such a deal for the price. I already have the Magic Square's Devastator and a KO G1 Devastator. However, I still want this one too bc it's an official release, but the price is holding me back right now. I do like the way he looks in combined mode. I'll wait for the gift set and see if the price is a bit more reasonable. Also, by that time, the reviews will be in if it's worthwhile to buy or not.
I may be with you on waiting. It will be hard but not sure how many more Devy's I can fit in my collection in the next 12 months. Working on 3 right now that I have in hand 🤦🏾♂️

Guys I just received an email from bbts stating they received their order of 86 prime but they sent them out not having enough to send me one that I've gotta wait till they get more of them that shouldn't have gotten that earlier email stating I would get mine soon. Does this happen alot with them and also how long does it normally take them to get a second shipment???

They corrected the thing that bugged me the most on CW Devastator by fixing the Mixmaster foot. I'm getting it, but it feels anticlimactic bc CW Devastator wasn't forced into the CW gimmick, so any other combiner would feel better than their CW counterpart.
You can look at The Chosen Prime or any of the other online retailers. Not sure the age of a "kid" but it is going to probably be the easiest transformation out of all the 3rd party company releases. It is a solid build in all 3 modes
So each one of the Prime should have a weapon. I believe these weapons may combine. Ot would be nice if the Primes weapons are ine time only from Hasbro. This way even if they reuse molds the originals have a collectable aspect.

Color me ignorant but what's the difference between deluxe and voyager class? The extras? The 2 constructicons are the same size so can you elaborate? Also I don't collect these figs (I collect MP) but my friend does and he doesn't understand the classes.🤔
It's the difference in the amount of engineering the figures have nowadays, it's no longer just about the size of a figure. For example, you typically won't find ratcheted joints in a deluxe class figure, that particular engineering is more suited for classes above.
The goal with the constructions is to have them all the the same height. And their size class is dictated by what engineering and materials the figures need.
It's just the engineering. However, If I put on my conspiracy theory hat, I think it's Hasbros way of conditioning us to smaller figures for larger prices. ~The Con

When you watch any of the TF segments during any recent convention Hasbro was in, when they talked about the Constructicons. One of them will timidly say, they won't have the same problem, they had with Breakdown etc. Meaning when they first released him they only had low quantities of him, basically a store, got one or two him per shipment and that's it, the rest went into giftsets. It screwed a lot of people out of completing the Stunticons. I and a lot more people, want to see Breakdown come back to stores in some way, and not the G2 version, and not turn to the after market, to buy him.

And a deluxe wasnt much more than a core class, plus they had lkke 50% more paint n plastic. We also walked up hill in 0 degrees through blizzard level snow both ways to school, fighting off polar bears armed only wirh 3 ring binders, and a sticky victoria secret catalog, for umn social studies.
For the Scapper to be a voyager I don't like the arms at all. compared to others, it doesn't have the same quality consistency. I already know I'm gonna be getting it, I'll be praying someone makes some quality gap fillers or an upgrade kit for the arms

Sp 86 prime is a fair bit larger than earthrise right? Imagine the earthrise truck next to bone crusher now imagine it a good 15% larger! Since when could a cabover semi run over an excavator? Cuz the hood of that big ole ho be at the bottom of primes door yo! And you can imagine hook and longhaul as being similar in size to the rest the squad right? So they should absolutely dwarf an indy car, a panty Porsche and a couple Ferraris, no question. As much as it doesn't seem right, I'm pretty sure CW got the scale on it. Ooh and for leas than half the price too? Sheeeeeeeyut
I like the CW size and think they should have done all the combiners line at that scale. That was my major gripe with the Legacy Menasor. Just too small
I am absolutely heartbroken about the 86 devastator. I was really wishing for a premium product at the price. Instead we are going to be getting a heavy retool of the combiner wars. Scrappers an improvement overall but I can't help but see all the similarities. Not to mention the kicker for me, bone crusher, just had his combiner wars arms, and a worse robot mode. It has the same combining style for the arms, and the only difference I am seeing, is a better long haul, with a waist that spans the body hips. However I hate to say it. But if they had the ability to swap the scrapper for hook, and give us a prowl. It might happen, especially because of that Ironhide coming out soon. But otherwise, it's a no go.
I was looking forward to the Devastator, but it’s not good. Pros: It looks like the parts forming redesign fixes Long Haul to match the team. Mixmaster redesigned to look like G1 Cons: This looks like a downscaled CW/UW Devi. The shoulders were bad on the CW/UW this looks to the same on the SS version. The proportion look off and looks like a box. I can’t unsee the gap under Hook. Bonecrusher looks like a potato with baby arms and legs.
Pass on all this stuff, Dark Megatron just a Retake on Tarn now called Fallen or Falling. The Contructicons are Rediculouse junk, just make a voyager version of the G1 TOY please and take my money.

I was looking forward to the Devastator, but it’s not good.
Pros: It looks like the parts forming redesign fixes Long Haul to match the team. Mixmaster redesigned to look like G1
Cons: This looks like a downscaled CW/UW Devi. The shoulders were bad on the CW/UW this looks to the same on the SS version. The proportion look off and looks like a box. I can’t unsee the gap under Hook. Bonecrusher looks like a potato with baby arms and legs.
I agree with you. Especially on the Bonecrusher and the box bot combiner.

Unfortunately hasbro can't do guns in the US so it's something we will never see again unless third party like Newage or some other company does it
