Great video... thanks for posting. For those unfamiliar with the museum, the simple answer to the question on the thumbnail .... YES! Chalk Pits is a truly wonderful (mostly) open air site, with excellent collections, especially industrial narrow gauge railways (many from Sussex industries and utilities) and quite the finest collection of Southdown Motor Services buses to be found under one roof - quite literally, given the lovingly recreated SMS garage. If you have no car, no problem ... as the site is literally a couple of minutes easy walk from Amberley Railway Station.
Hi! Hope you're having a great weekend. Yeah, we always like these types of places. It's great to get a hint of times gone by. The Black Country Museum is still our favourite, though. Thanks for watching as always. Matt and Issy x
Hi guys, what a wonderful video, thank you, that looked like a brilliant place to visit! Wow Sienna, you were so clever helping Mummy with that wheel well-done!! That train ride looked great fun too! I went on one at Banham zoo some years ago but that was a bit of a bone shaker 😅- really interesting though! Anyway, take care and hope you enjoy the bank holiday weekend!
We hadn't heard of Banham Zoo. Have just looked it up and have added it to the list of places to visit one day! Have a great weekend too! Matt, Issy and Sienna x
